Large and elegant totally independent villa with large infinity swimming pool, surrounded by two hectares of Mediterranean scrub, all fenced with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mortorio island. Surrounded by a garden with lawn, it is located a few kilometers from Olbia, the airport, the main services and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, but enjoys a unique peace and isolation. Ideal for peaceful holidays, full immersion in nature but with all the comforts.
400 meters of surface in total arranged on two floors and furnished with taste, elegance and care.
3 double bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the common areas, large kitchen equipped in every detail, large reception room with a very special and functional fireplace as well as another more cozy living room, 3 bathrooms, all enriched with Orosei marble, laundry. All rooms enjoy a wonderful sea view. The villa is surrounded by a garden with lawn and has a large veranda for unforgettable outdoor dinners.

Unser Traumhaus!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Übergabe durch Nadia war schnell und unkompliziert und super freundlich.Alles ist genau so, wie wir es uns vorstellen und werden deshalb immer wieder gerne in „unser“ Haus kommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Traumhafte Kulisse und Weitblick

Der Blick aufs Meer und in die Ferne ist top. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Die Villa ist offen und es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Bäder und Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit den Managern war einwandfrei.

Beautiful Villa

Our weeks stay at Porto Rotondo, Sardegna Villa was wonderful. Claudio was a great responder and met us with his father at the villa on our arrival. The beauty of the villa is not reflected in the photos on the site. The rooms are well presented and the villa is furnished with everything you need. The livingroom, kitchen and bedrooms are all very spacious and amazing views from every window. As we travelled from Aust it would have been nice to have beach towels provided. The villa is not walking distance to the beach and you definitely need a car to on this island.

Villa Alba Porto Rotondo

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, Olbia und Porto Rotondo sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist atemberaubend, der Pool sehr groß und von dort hat man den Blick auf die Bucht und die umliegenden Berge. Ein großer Garten umgibt das Haus und man ist ganz für sich alleine und kann die Stille genießen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Architektur des Hauses außergewöhnlich. Leider ist es sehr feucht und riecht nach Schimmel, vor allem im Keller. Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig, wir mussten einige Sachen kaufen. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, der Verwalter versuchte sie zwar zu reparieren, war aber leider erfolglos. Das Bügeleisen war völlig verkalkt und nicht zu benutzen, das Bügelbrett rostig. Der Wasserkocher hatte eine dicke Kalkschicht, die wir mühsam entfernen mussten. Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, der Verwalter konnte dieses Problem nicht beheben. Die Liegen am Pool machten einen abgenutzen Eindruck und waren rostig. Alles in allem ist das Haus zwar sehr schön, aber leider sehr ungepflegt und der Preis dafür zu hoch. Die Besitzerin, mit der wir vor der Bewertung Kontakt aufgenommen hatten, zeigte sich in vielen Dingen uneinsichtig.

Gorgeous villa with amazing surrounding

We stayed at the villa for 10 nights and we loved it! The swimming pool, the garden, the view are just amazing, even better than the pictures. The house has plenty of space and it's very well equipped. The down floor was a bit humid because we didn't want to use AC, but otherwise everything was fine. If you look for a quiet place with beautiful surroundings then look no further!

Large private villa with wonderful pool

The villa has a beautiful open plan kitchen / living area and master suite on the ground floor, that opens out to a lovely outside eating and sitting area. The views from all ground floor rooms and the outside area towards the sea are stunning. Downstairs, there are two further en-suite bedrooms and a large living area. The house is generously proportioned, and quality materials have been used in its build. The swimming pool is large, and again very high quality. The pool itself and the surrounding garden is kept extremely clean and tidy, and has complete privacy. We (myself, husband and children aged 8 & 6) spent the majority of our two week holiday in the villa, because it gave us everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped so we could prepare all of our meals ourselves, and the inside and outside areas were so spacious that we did not feel the need to leave. However, we did visit Porto Rotondo (approx 15 mins by car, beautiful marina and Caribbean quality beach), Porto Cervo (approx 20 mins by car, beautiful marina and some good beaches nearby), Baja Sardinia (approx 30 mins by car, manicured resort with large beach and boat trips to the wonderful Maddalena islands, for which we paid €50 per adult and €30 per child), Golf Aranci (approx 20 mins by car, some very nice beaches, although town slightly less ‘pristine’ than Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo) and Portisco (approx 10 mins by car, lovely small marina). The scenery on our journeys was striking, including coastal roads and rocky hills / mountains, so it was a pleasure to visit these locations. The villa owner Paola was very responsive through the booking process, before our arrival, and when we were there, and Claudio, the local property manager, was also very responsive via WhatsApp. We felt looked after, and safe in the knowledge that if we needed any help with anything we would receive it promptly. All in all, the villa, it’s location, and the people involved made for a very special family holiday.

Wonderful place to enjoy your holiday

On behalf of the whole family we congratulate for this wonderful place. The house was really great we felt very well. Especially the following points should be mentioned: - the pool area was amazing. The pool was the central point of our daily life. We really miss this pool now that we´re back at home. - Also the view to the seaside was wonderful. We saw a lot of ships, especially sailboats. - In close distance we found a lot of wonderful places for having dinner.From the exclusive restaurants to Agriculturas was everything in close distance. Wunderschöner Ausblick, tolles Haus

Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz für eine größere Familie. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Meer ist atemberaubend. Den schönen sauberen Pool haben wir viel genutzt. Im Außenbereich gibt es schöne schattige Plätzchen unter Olivenbäumen. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss, dort ist es kühler, jedoch scheint es etwas feucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend, nurTöpfe, Besteck und Kleiderbügel und Mini-Esoresso-Kocher für sechs Personen eher knapp gehalten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Spacious modern and elegant villa

We stayed in this lovely house in mid-May only for two nights. The house is very modern very elegantly decorated and super comfortable. It is in the middle of typical Mediterranean habitat, located on top of a hill with a very picturesque view. The rooms are spacious, the modern kitchen is fully functional. Paola, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. This is an excellent house for a large family or group of friends.
