"We started off with a slight hygiene issue in our room and when we spoke to reception they upgraded us and moved us to a new room which was amazing. Hotel was beautiful and in a good location, walkable to lots of things. We stayed on a Fri & Sat night and it did get quite loud on the street overnight (we were street facing and 7 floors up) so would be mindful that you may not have the best sleep but not because of the hotel itself."

"Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch. Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package. Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...

"Britomart Hotel was the perfect venue for my birthday getaway. It was central with plenty of amazing dining options nearby and great service from the friendly staff. The facilities were immaculate and there were so many other patrons attending the concert I was also there to see."

"Small rooms but perfect for a short stay, very handy to lots of restaurants and public transport. The parking is very confusing, as is where you can access the hotel after parking. A brief explanation at check in would have been helpful. Only a small glitch in what was a great stay. Thank you. "
