"Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. "

"Very tidy and well looked after. Wonderful if you are travelling with pets as the owners are very accomodating and have provided a fully enclosed outdoor area. No traffic noise and very comfy bed. My only comment would be that I would have liked a little jug of milk for my morning cup of tea. We arrived later than expected due to car troubles so arrived in the dark and left in the dark so missed out on enjoying the rural setting. Great place to stay. "

"Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss."

"The property is small but that’s ok - the photos in the listing tell you that. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. The little outside area is cute and everything inside and out was easy to use. "

"The property was extremely nice and comfortable and is also kept very clean and well looked after.It had everything available to use including a washing/dryer combo which came in handy to have clean fresh towels Parking wasn’t an issue. Plenty of off street parking.We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Christchurch It’s the perfect place too stay"

"A fabulous place to stay, very clean, kitchen had plenty of equipment and utensils etc, super impressed with the variety of toys for children, a very nice space, plenty of room and fabulous communication with the hosts. Happy to recommend."

"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."
