There was a heater which we used (mid-July and outside temp was very hot) The owner did contact us and turned down the temp of air conditioner upstairs which helped. Owner was very accommodating and kept in touch with us."

"We were in Alberta to compete in the Alberta BMX grand provincials in Okotoks. The property was super convenient for us. 20 minutes to the BMX track, close to restaurants and shops. The ground level entrance was really convenient. The space is nice and cozy, has a full kitchen which really helps keep costs down. It was quiet, clean and comfortable all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."
