While I would not call this a luxury condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the location is excellent. We had a great stay.

This place was as described. It was super cute and comfy! The bed was also really comfortable. The host was great and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful

Wonderful stay, didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Host communicated clearly and often checking in to see if we needed anything for your stay. Would recommend & everything is within walking distance.

The condo was very clean on the inside . It had very nice modern lighting all through out which I really liked . The air conditioner unit worked great . It was pretty much accurate to the photos in the listing. What was not accurate was having lounge chairs by the pool . In the listing it says enjoy a pool with lounge chairs . Unfortunately there was not one single chair or loungers by the pool . The pool itself ; however , was quite clean but sadly we didn’t utilize it during our stay bc we had no chairs to sit in . It showed chairs in the listing . We were looking forward to having a day of lounging by the pool , but that didn’t happen. The other thing that wasn’t accurate was it said that mid town was close to restaurants and bars to walk to and that wasn’t accurate either . There was not one place to walk to . It’s pretty much in an old area with nothing around but older buildings and a few homeless folks on corners . Having said that though , we did not feel unsafe at all bc the condo itself is pretty secure with locked gates and gate codes . It’s just that we could not walk to anything near by like we thought we could. We had to drive to get anything to eat or shop . In the end though as I stated above the condo itself was clean and comfortable . Not sure if we’d stay there again bc of the surrounding area it is in , but the condo was fairly nice over all .

Great Accommodation and Communication!

I can't say enough great things about Colton and the wonderful accommodations. This apartment is renovated, decorated very well, and extremely comfortable. If you're looking for an extremely comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating area with a great TV, look no further.

The place was amazing. Very clean and close to so many places to eat. We had everything we needed at the apartment. Colton was a great host. He checked in with me throughout my stay and I really appreciated it.

Wonderful condo in a great location

Had a great weekend stay at this condo, while in the OKC house hunting. The host was very kind, understanding and attentive. Location was in a excellent spot of the city for delicious cuisine and nightlife. Loved being able to see the skyline of downtown and devon tower from the patio balcony. All around, we were very happy with our stay and time in OKC.

This was an extremely warm and cozy place. The host was Johnny on the Spot with any question or concern we had. Extremely clean, quiet and well kept. I have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked either. The location was simple and easy and PERFECT for our needs. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

An awesome one bed condo/apartment.

Awesome place for those wanting to stay in and cook the kitchen is the most well-equipped we've ever stayed at. The community pool was well maintained and refreshing. The outdoor shower on the balcony was nice for a quick cool off. Also being able to park out of the Sun in the summer was a bonus.

OKC memorial 5k

Beautiful, very clean apartment. Fully stocked with everything we needed. 5k Race was delayed and we got offered a late check out. Unfortunately, the race ended up being canceled so we made the trip for nothing. Thank goodness we were at a great place in a good spot with lots to do. Turned into just a great date night. Cannot complain. Also the bed was very comfortable, and we’re very picky about those. Highly recommend.

Could be a nice stay - horrible mattress

I booked this condo for a week-long stay for a business trip. One of the most important things of a location is a comfortable bed, The mattress in this condo is not a "normal" mattress, and I cannot imagine a mattress being more uncomfortable. Normal meaning a traditional spring or even memory foam mattress, it is very strange, maybe air? In places it felt like there were holes where your body would sink deep, other areas where firm. When laying down my head was uncomfortably lower that my feet, which is not a good way to sleep. I cannot even imagine having two people in the bed. And there were other reports from earlier stays of the mattress being bad. All that being said, I only stayed ONE night and went to a hotel. While the owner was good with communication, I was very disappointed he did not offer to refund the remainder of my week, it was the right thing to do. The mattress as it was when I stayed here was NOT acceptable no matter how you spin it.
