This recently remodeled condo has high-end finishes with great quality in mind. Everything from the dimming overhead lights to the marble finishes, it was designed with you in mind.

OKC memorial 5k

Beautiful, very clean apartment. Fully stocked with everything we needed. 5k Race was delayed and we got offered a late check out. Unfortunately, the race ended up being canceled so we made the trip for nothing. Thank goodness we were at a great place in a good spot with lots to do. Turned into just a great date night. Cannot complain. Also the bed was very comfortable, and we’re very picky about those. Highly recommend.

Wonderful condo in a great location

Had a great weekend stay at this condo, while in the OKC house hunting. The host was very kind, understanding and attentive. Location was in a excellent spot of the city for delicious cuisine and nightlife. Loved being able to see the skyline of downtown and devon tower from the patio balcony. All around, we were very happy with our stay and time in OKC.

This was an extremely warm and cozy place. The host was Johnny on the Spot with any question or concern we had. Extremely clean, quiet and well kept. I have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked either. The location was simple and easy and PERFECT for our needs. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Could be a nice stay - horrible mattress

I booked this condo for a week-long stay for a business trip. One of the most important things of a location is a comfortable bed, The mattress in this condo is not a "normal" mattress, and I cannot imagine a mattress being more uncomfortable. Normal meaning a traditional spring or even memory foam mattress, it is very strange, maybe air? In places it felt like there were holes where your body would sink deep, other areas where firm. When laying down my head was uncomfortably lower that my feet, which is not a good way to sleep. I cannot even imagine having two people in the bed. And there were other reports from earlier stays of the mattress being bad. All that being said, I only stayed ONE night and went to a hotel. While the owner was good with communication, I was very disappointed he did not offer to refund the remainder of my week, it was the right thing to do. The mattress as it was when I stayed here was NOT acceptable no matter how you spin it.

Great Accommodation and Communication!

I can't say enough great things about Colton and the wonderful accommodations. This apartment is renovated, decorated very well, and extremely comfortable. If you're looking for an extremely comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating area with a great TV, look no further.

An awesome one bed condo/apartment.

Awesome place for those wanting to stay in and cook the kitchen is the most well-equipped we've ever stayed at. The community pool was well maintained and refreshing. The outdoor shower on the balcony was nice for a quick cool off. Also being able to park out of the Sun in the summer was a bonus.
