The property was exactly what our family needed during our time in OKC for OYE (livestock show). The house provided an inviting and spacious environment to unwind after long days at the fairgrounds. It was easily accessible and convenient!

The property was fine - clean, decently well maintained. There were things that made it feel like a rental - odds and ends that weren't in great shape - handles that didn't work, trim/floorboards that were dinged/dented. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fairly well stocked, checkout process was easy. My biggest issue was communication with the owner. I asked 1 week in advance about early check-in. I don't ever expect a property owner to grant early check-in. I understand most properties may not even know if they can grant an early check-in until a day or two before your own check-in date. However, I didn't hear anything back from the owner for 4 days. At that point, I contacted the owner again. I still did not hear anything back from the owner. I waited 2 more days and finally called the VRBO customer service and advised I was unable to get in contact with the owner. VRBO personnel called the owner, who then finally responded to me via email. They granted an early check-in, which was appreciated. They then asked if I had received check-in instructions via email yet. I advised no, this was the very first contact I had since booking the property a month ago. On the way to the property, we realized we hadn't gotten check-in instructions. I had to again call VRBO to call the owner who said VRBO is the one who was supposed to send the check-in email, and put the blame on VRBO, although I had told the owner I did not get check-in instructions 2 days ago.

The house was big enough for the family to get together for Christmas. The location was conveniently located. We were able to bake and cook in the kitchen. The pool table and hot tub were a nice plus. The whole family made lots of memories. Sadly, the first day the 2nd floor toilet wasn’t working right and a plumber had to come in. The manger got the plumber there quickly and they were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay.

This was a great house for our family’s trip to OKC for a wedding. Very comfortable, clean, accurate listing, great kitchen, hot tub, and the central location was perfect. We were 5-10 minutes from everything we could need. The host was friendly and responsive - highly recommend this property if you’re coming to town and want to feel comfortable and at home. The property is so tidy and nice though that it also had a bit of the hotel feel!Also highly recommend if you have kids. The full/queen sized bunk beds were a real hit.

Quiet neighborhood & easy to find. Very unhappy with cleanliness - pet hair on all floors and furniture, & human hair in & around all sinks. Hot Tub was barely lukewarm & large video game not there (as in picture). Nice pool table, but small room was not conducive to playing. Said these were furnished, but was not: ice, napkins, tea bags, or bath mats

Really enjoyed my time at this awesome place. Very close to a lot of the things that I wanted to do while I was staying the weekend in OKC. I would suggest this place to anyone looking to have a good place to come back to when you want to hang out and relax.

Visiting OKC for a Wedding

This home was perfect for our weekend visit to OKC for a wedding. Perfectly situated on a corner across from a school with quick access to our destinations. Nice fenced yard for the pet friendly option. Enjoyed a few rounds of pool and the relaxing hot tub!
