Whether you’re traveling for a weekend getaway and want to go to Bricktown or for a work outing with quick access to downtown, this is your place.

A short Uber ride will put you in the heart of Oklahoma City which you can have access to the OKC Street cars and travel at will around the city
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 12 AM midnight to 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Nice but could be better

The building is beautiful. Location good. We enjoyed the deck off the back. There was a couple things that knocked the rating down. There was no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathroom. Also no bathmat so we had to get out of the shower onto the tile floor with no way to prevent slipping. There was no extra blankets. No kitchen towels. I could only find one plate in the cabinets and only found the others after i checked in the dishwasher. I shouldnt have to unload other peoples dishes. As someone else said there is off street parking but after coming back late one night after a work event all spots were taken and I had to park on the street with my vechile full of product. This is a annoyance because i always book with off street parking for this reason. The other tenants were quiet and friendly. The apartment was generally spacious and adequately furnished.Could be a really nice place with minimal investment.

Great space

We enjoyed the place. Worked really great for our plans. Location was centralized which was perfect.Our only concern was an extra blanket or two would have been nice. A small blanket for the couch would have been nice as well.

Our Experience at the Beautiful Cozy Second Floor Condo

The listing accurately reflects its details. The second-floor apartment is charming & cozy, with a nice kitchen, bathroom, & living area. However, the bedroom experience was a stark contrast to our expectations when we finally settled in for the night. This past weekend in OKC was quite windy. As I lay in bed, I noticed the French doors next to me rattling in the wind. Upon closer inspection, I discovered they were only secured with clear packing tape! The latches were non-functional, leaving the door unsecured except for the tape, and it had been installed backwards, allowing anyone-or even a strong gust of wind-to easily pull them open. To say we felt unsafe would be an understatement. This feeling was compounded by the fact that multiple phone calls & text messages to Randy, the property manager/owner, went unanswered. We spent the night awake and frightened, anticipating the arrival of anyone or anything in the dark, in an unfamiliar city. This situation was completely unacceptable. I contacted VRBO Corporate & managed to speak with someone. Sent them proof of the inadequate accommodations and lack of security; they also attempted to reach Randy without success. Once daybreak arrived and we felt safe enough to carry our bags down the stairs to our vehicle, we did so and left! Thankfully, we found a hotel willing to accommodate us early in the morning, where we could finally rest. No one should stay at this property or trust in its safety and security. ShameOnTheOwners!

My Visit At Beautiful Cozy Second Floor Condo

Overall my trip was very good! The check-in and check-out process went really well. The property was as described, and is a really beautiful old building. The hosts were courteous. My only complaint would be that the property was not particularly clean (food dried onto counters/tables, bug in dishwasher, etc.) Otherwise the property was fine.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for 10 days and it was nice, relaxing and it was close to great dining, attractions,like any other apartment you have next door neighbors and that's to be expected, but all in all we both loved it, would definitely stay there again, if i ever needed to do that in the future anyways , but 5 stars from me.

Biking and Touring OKC

Don't let the back entrance exterior fool you. The apartment is very comfortable (especially the bed!) and the location was perfect for our bike trail rides, visiting the capitol complex, going to the state fair and (for my spouse) just down the street from a dive bar he used to frequent when he lived in OKC. the property was a bit short on towels, dishware, silverware and mugs. But the owner, Randy, is aware of this and I'm sure it will be corrected and well stocked or the next guests. Randy provided timely communication and was very receptive to our emails to him - which was appreciated.

Good, Cheap Stay

The place is good for a cheap stay, but the bathroom had hair in the tub and the coffee maker didnt work. There's supposed to be a specific parking spot in the back for vrbo renters but its hit or miss. Otherwise pretty cheap spot and the bed is super comfortable.

Accomodations fine, bur very disappointing stay

Overall, the property was perfectly fine. The unit is spacious and all our needs were met. However, upon arrival there was a dog tied up on the porch at the neighboring unit, which was occupied by a long term renter according to the host, in 100* weather. While it did have food & water, leaving an animal outside in extreme heat is inhumane. The dog showed signs of overheating, including labored breathing. When I reached out to the VRBO host with concern, he brushed it off, saying it was fine. My partner and I kept an eye on the dog over the course of our two night stay. The dog was brought in at night but kept outside in the extreme heat all day long. It was extremely distressing to see an animal in danger. We did call animal control as well. When we checked out of the unit, I reached out to the host again to share our concerns and he, yet again, brushed off the concern. As the host of these units, I hold him accountable for allowing the dog to be harmed on his property. If you don't like dogs, then you'll probably be fine staying here. However, for us, it completely ruined our stay and was extremely upsetting to witness, and to be brushed off when we reached out with concerns.

Overall Review

Property manager and inside of the place was good. Place was also clean and liked the inside of the place. Packing isn't really for big vehicles. Found it hard to park and to leave out. It was quiet and peaceful when i was there.

Cute place

Cute place in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood! The condo was close to OU Children's hospital and the areas surrounding the neighborhood were nice as well. I appreciated having a nice, safe and quiet place to stay!
