"I used to like staying in this hotel but the experience has been beyond horrible this time. The constant noise, calling front-desk and being promised it will stop — and now, 20 mins, prior to closure saying that the only option is to change the room —- feels really below acceptable. Taj Palace, New Delhi
"The location is troublesome.. it is the midst of traffic roads .. Stayed here after a while and the rooms need an upgrade for sure ! Found the breakfast also very average .. other Taj properties have a better range and service . Not the best Taj property to stay at .. restaurants have average ..."
