"Absolutely gorgeous setting on a bluff overlooking the Arkansas River. Wonderfully relaxing. The balcony off the bedroom was probably my favorite part. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend"

"Perfect. Exactly what we needed "

"We traveled with 2 toddlers over 4th of July weekend and our stay was peaceful and fun. We appreciated the many amenities and that the appliances had buttons/knobs that kiddos could not reach. We were also amazed that there was still a view of the lake with the trees fully green. I would love to be back in other seasons to enjoy all of the beauty the surroundings have to offer. This site is perched on the side of a steep hill in the woods, so be prepared for driving slowly and encountering some...

"Very cute lake house in great condition! Fully stocked and ready for your lake getaway. Conveniently located to a boat ramp which was great for us to bring our kayaks. Only thing my husband said could be changed is having a regular coffee pot instead or a keurig, but that’s just him being an old man about it. We really enjoyed the assortment of games and puzzles available for use as well. Looking forward to future stays."

"I’m not sure we could’ve picked a better spot for a short getaway out of the city. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable, and we had all the amenities of home. The Woodland’s proximity to the nearby marinas and state park made it easy to come and go as needed. The s’mores at the fire pit were a surprisingly huge hit for my 12 and 13 yo boys (who are becoming too cool to hang out with family, lol). All around, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for families. "

"We had a very nice stay in the Yurt. Everything inside was perfect. It would have been really perfect outside too, but the outdoor string lights were broken. The Fire Pit was perfect, though. It was definitely a hike to and from the parking lot. But the weather was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"This was my family's first time going to Fort Gibson Lake. We chose this location specifically because there is a private boat dock which is hard to come by with a vacation rental.The host was very responsive to my questions about the area.The location is very beautiful and the accomodations were as described in the listing. The grounds are very quiet and we saw lots of deer.I would say one downside is that it is located on a hill going up from the lake at a pretty steep slope, so going back up...

"The accommodations were pleasant and peaceful. Spacious and homey atmosphere that was welcoming. Would recommend it to friends and family. Look forward to returning for future visits. "

"Lovely place. Three stories let each family have their own sleeping space and bathroom. Common areas are spacious and well appointed. We had lots of room for family meals and games for 9 of us. Beds were comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were a bit disappointed to find out that the previous guests had destroyed the water mat and fishing poles, but we had cooler weather than expected and wouldn't have used the lake and dock area much anyway.
