"We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

"My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. "It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. "

"We loved staying in the Tree House, our visit with Charlie and the little cat! Was a little confused by the website saying to bring your own sheets and towels though, we had brought all that stuff and it was in the cabin, we just used the ones we brought. Hot tub was a nice relaxing time for myself. We would recommend you and probably be staying again in the future. Thank you for a good weekend away, it was much needed!"
