"We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation ..."

"The hotel was excellent. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late. The rooms were basic but clean and well maintained. Our bathroom was tight but functional. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection. The beer/wine honor refrigerator was great feature."
