"The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They...

"Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming."

"I wish I had gotten the staff members name, but when we ordered a DoorDash after a concert we attended and it was delivered to the wrong address, the staff member was so kind and helpful. She walked over to the address it was delivered to with me and walked back with me. I was so thankful for her kindness! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient for our one night stay for a concert."

"I've stayed in a number of Hamptons. Although the property and my room were good, I believe it is an older Hampton property. That is, Ive stayed in other/newer Hampton properties that felt "fresh." And of course, the "public areas" of "Hampton Inn style hotels are more open and inviting. Yet, I stayed in a Comfort Inn (owned by the same corporate group) that was equally nice albeit a less "lux" public space, for considerably less..."

"Excellent stay! We truly enjoyed our stay, room was lovely with a great view of the city. Very clean and safe area. Hotel offers excellent food and drink options. The roof top bar is stunning! Staff was very friendly as well! Highly recommend!"
