"Our check-in was very brief as the receptionist felt it more important to answer the phone than assist guests checking in. Room (7) was comfortable and reasonably spacious. However noise was a big issue...from the main road one side to trains rumbling past the other a very disturbed night."

"A spacious home which was lovely for our children in the wind and rain to have room to play. Lovely little enclosed garden for the dog which was great. Can’t fault the location for how close to the beach it was which made for lovely winter walks!"

"An extremely authentic old-school bach! With everything you would need and a warm wood-burner. Location was handy to the estuary walkway (a gem we didn't know about till we arrived!); with a westerly wind we could hear the sea; and an excellent coffee shop ("Coffee Ninja") a 20-minute walk away."
