"The property was pretty much as expected. A couple of issues. We had a successful trip and the owners worked to help us when any issues arose."

"This property is fantastic- clean, cute, and packed with all high grade amenities. Loved the quiet location and beautiful views of the lake! Host really made our stay special by answering questions and providing recommendations. Hope to return for another lake weekend in the future!"

"We stayed here over a weekend with our family of seven. Overall, it was a good stay — the house was clean, in a great location, and the neighborhood felt safe. The hosts did provide some paper towels and toilet paper, but it wasn’t enough to last our group for the weekend. You’ll want to bring extra along with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, coffee filters, and creamer. "I cannot stress to you how wonderful our stay was at this house! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by a day and a half and the owners were so prompt in getting back to us! They also provided WAY more than any other place we have stayed before, in regards to your typically “starter items”. Our boys enjoyed the rock wall and dock - I think they fished from daylight to dark, lol! Thank you all so much for allowing us to stay at your place! 10/10 recommend! "

"Went for a race at Talladega. Very close to the track, but nice to retire to a peaceful place at then end of the day. Gary was kind, welcoming & easy to work with."

"Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere."

"The apartment was very nice very clean zero complaints. I ended up having to leave earlier than my intended stay when my father suddenly passed away- the host was very understanding and told me not to worry about double checking everything. I can’t wait to book again. "

"My family and I typically visits the Oxford/Munford area at least once a year, as my husbands family is from the area. Rather than getting a hotel we usually opt for a short term rental so that we can enjoy some family time in the same space.This house was a perfect fit for our needs. The host, Tammie was very thoughtful in making sure everything was neat, clean and accommodating. She also took the extra steps of providing the little extras that made the space feel like home.The patio and yard...

"We were visiting our daughter at Jacksonville State University. This house was in a quiet location but close enough to campus so that we could walk there. The house had all of the essentials that we needed and was neat and clean. "

"The house was very clean and is well maintained. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Pretty views of the river and is in a quiet location. My only complaint is that there was only a half a roll of paper towels and only one extra trash bag and we were there for 4 days, not a big deal though. Overall, great place to stay!"
