"The property owner was very responsive,respectfu,helpful and understanding. The home was absolutely amazing. Way more than I expected. Not only did they have all the cooking utensils, spatulas, pots and pans but if you by chance forgot body wash or shampoo at home they had it covered as well. The hot tub was relaxing and the complimentary chocolate and waters in the bedroom along with everything you needed to enjoy s'mores while you enjoyed the fire pit outside was nice. "Our stay was great we loved the house it’s extremely clean the location was great and the hospitality will be booking again."

"The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon "

"We reserved this Vrbo when we had to travel to Pell City for our daughters state softball tournament, which was located almost next door! When we arrived the house was very clean and the host provided us with more than we expected! Barbara was very accommodating to our crazy schedule, which we appreciated SO much! We would definitely book this place again! "

"The unit is located in a mixed-use high rise facility, and it’s very close to the center of Gadsden’s entertainment district. It’s a clean, lovely, tidy place to catch some zzz’s on the go. "

"Host was outstanding! Guest were from out of country and had a really good time on the riverfront. A very welcome experience to overcome the downtime when the guest were not working."

"We loved being centrally located & on the top floor of the tallest building in town! There was ample parking, a fully stocked kitchen, & the mattresses were super comfy - a rare find in short-term rentals! For those with sensory needs: The AC is a little loud & in the living room area only, but the fans magically pull the cool air into the bedroom. "

"It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water."

"The house was very clean and is well maintained. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Pretty views of the river and is in a quiet location. My only complaint is that there was only a half a roll of paper towels and only one extra trash bag and we were there for 4 days, not a big deal though. Overall, great place to stay!"

"This place is awesome, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and well kept. Kelly the property owner is very responsive and a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions to help make the week great. We also rented a pontoon boat from the owner and that went very smooth and made the trip perfect. 5 stars all around. Thanks for a great vacation!!"
