"一切都很好，乾淨、安靜外，所有工作人員皆呈現高度服務熱誠，貼心、有禮。旅館溫泉的溫度是目前泡過的溫泉中，溫度最舒服的，不會過燙 、剛剛好。旅館有接駁車到小田原車站和元箱根，非常方便。"
