"The house was perfect, it had a great screened in porch on the front, the back has a nice deck to sit on, the yard is very big, and the covered car port was a bonus since it was raining when we arrived. The house was a perfect size, in a quiet neighbornood, super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beds were also very comfortable, the host Misti had some essentials there for us like some spices, coffee, a laundry pod and softener, and even a mat, bowl, and baggies for our pup. "We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a place we could take our dogs with us. The house and property were perfect for us and our dogs. It felt like home! We will recommend for others and will stay again if we are in the area!"

"We used this property as a gathering for immediate family before we all attended a larger family reunion in a nearby town. We had plenty of room to spread out and to cook our meals, including the use of the grill outside. The kids, large and small, enjoyed the trampoline. Maggie, the dog, had room for zoomies in the yard. Several games of pool and ping pong were played. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the pool. We did experience some technology glitches but the manager and owner were...

"This y has everything. Lots of space for extended family, pool, pool toys, towels, dock. The kids enjoyed fishing, a day on the lake from a rented pontoon, saw a gator take out a fish, and enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Quiet neighborhood, great time. Close to Cypress Grill and the marina. "

"My daughter got married at Tryphenas Garden. It was a one minute drive to the venue. There were 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms so perfect for my family to be comfortable and have their own space. The living room and kitchen area was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play and the adults be comfortable too. This is the perfect place for a family to stay!! The host communicated very well with me and was a gracious host. I would definitely stay in this house again!"

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. The property and amenities are majestic and the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed out late watching the stars in the hot tub, what a treat! We too are VRBO hosts and as a host, Elaine does a fantastic job!! Well above what most hosts do! Thank you Elaine! We'd absolutely love to come back!"
