"This property was great. Renovated very well with nice decor and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook with all of the spices, pots, pans and utensils needed to cook, and a dishwasher. Nice dining area with plenty of seating. Large fenced in backyard was great for my dogs to run around. Rooms were great size and the beds were comfortable. There were TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Had a nice laundry room with modern washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place...

"The home was amazing for family time. View of the lake was so relaxing and sitting by the pool visiting and catching up while kids swam was amazing. Enjoyed watching Braves in living room at night!!Went to Pat's Place in Americus for pizza and blue grass music!! Love the lake and views! Hope to go back again!"

"We stayed a few days as my husband was in town for work. Everything was clean, pool was ready to be jumped in and all clean linens. The A/C was a little wonky the first day, but they were prompt and had someone out there to take care of it quickly. We had a wonderful time! "

"The entry is low and easily accessible. Parking good for the two suvs we had could have parked another if needed. Very clean and fresh. Slept our group of 5 adults with plenty of space."

"The home was located close to GNFA, was super clean, easy key access, and the beds were super comfortable! Even had shampoo and such in bathroom! Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. The property and amenities are majestic and the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed out late watching the stars in the hot tub, what a treat! We too are VRBO hosts and as a host, Elaine does a fantastic job!! Well above what most hosts do! Thank you Elaine! We'd absolutely love to come back!"

"My family and I spent the week of July 4th here. It was a great time. We had so much fun swimming and hanging out. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for a few days! There is plenty of room for the entire Family!"
