"The staff was amazing and super useful, the only drawback was the cleanliness of the room, the electric baseboard had spots of dirt like dried liquid and dust, there was unknown hairs and eyelashes on the sheets. Maybe their dryer need some cleaning? We like the emplacement and character of the place, it's just a shame the room was dirty."

"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"Perfect for a family of four on spring break. The location is amazing and near so many good places to eat and shop. It’s a block away from the metro that easily took us to explore different neighborhoods and also to the Via Rail Canada station in about 20 min in a straight shot. Super easy to check in and out and text with the host for questions. The building (and the whole city) felt safe as well. Looking forward to returning and recommending to others."

"Charming building in a great location. Everything we could want or need close by. Easy, prompt communication. Comfy bed, nice decor. Only friendly feedback would be a task lamp in the main space as very bright overhead lighting was the only option. We had hoped to find a cute lamp in one of the many great vintage shops nearby and use it before adding to our home ;) We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you! "

"Stayed in the 2 bedroom (1 king + 2 queens). Room was fantastic and had plenty of space for us. We stayed on the top floor, which was lovely, as it was quiet and guaranteed an empty elevator every time we had to go down. Breakfast was decent - it's the regular hot breakfast menu (eggs, sausage/bacon, breads/bakery items, oatmeal, some cut fruit, etc). Swimming pool was nice and parking was ample. Location was pretty good too in that, yes, you had to drive 20 mins or so to get the main tourist...

"Good location, overall decent stay. Parking garages are available close to location, for valet keep in mind if you drive a manual they may be unable to accommodate depending on front desk that is available. Rooms are nice, however bed is fairly uncomfortable, and house keeping should prioritize dusting more often. Breakfast is very plain not a wide variety available, basic fruit would be helpful for travellers with more dietary restrictions. Staff is friendly, it seems as they may be...

"The suite was very clean which I appreciated and I liked the layout. The staff was responsive but there was some misunderstanding in the communication. There is a strong smell similar to cabbage? in the bathroom which seems to come and go. Maybe from the drains or vents...I am not sure but otherwise, it was fine."
