"Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift!"

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"Like the location, easy to get around the costwolds. The staff were nice and polite. Didn’t like the bed at all! 2 nights of bad sleep. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The door to our room was very difficult to secure, the lock not working properly. Continental breakfast was good and plenty of choices."

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside. One of the highlights of my trip turned out to be the wonderful hiking opportunities right around the hotel. "Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "
