"Vores toilet var i stykker så der løb vand ud på gulvet, vi klagede over det og de ville få en til at se på det men det hjalp ikke og de havde ikke et andet værelse vi kunne få, så vi måtte bare træde i toilet vand på wc’et så ikke noget godt sted at være."
