"I stayed here for one week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it! Shockingly spacious for how little square footage and we all fit comfortably. The location was great- a short walk from shin-okubo station making it great for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, there were many shops (even a small Don Quixote) and restaurants nearby that were also fun to explore. Would stay here again. "

"방이 사진으로 보이는 것보다 훨씬 넓었습니다. 고급빌라의 한 방을 임대해 사용합니다. 남자 5명이서 갔는데 실제로는 10명이서 써도 무방한 사이즈였습니다. 침실 2개와 넓은 거실, 주방, 베란다가 모두 있습니다. 룸 상태는 호텔과 비교해도 큰 손색 없을만큼 깔끔했습니다. 층간소음같은 문제도 없었구요. 바로 앞에 신주쿠공원이 있어 둘러보기도 좋습니다. 인원이 많은 여행이라면 추천합니다."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "Quiet area with some nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Everywhere we tried was excellent and very affordable. There are steep stairs leading up to the front door so keep that in mind if you have heavy baggage. There is a small elevator, enough space for 2/3 people or some b ch steep stairs.
