"We had a wonderful stay at Ockenden Manor, the staff are lovely, service in the restaurant is excellent and very friendly. Shout out to the chef, each dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. We enjoyed every course and then took a walk around the gorgeous gardens. Our room (Luke) was spacious, beautifully decorated with views over the gardens and the bed super comfy. Relaxing in the spa and time around the outdoor pool made for a perfect mini break. We hope to return soon! "

"Gorgeous cottage with very comfy bed and the bath of dreams! Felt so welcomed by Lisa and her partner. Wish we could have stayed there longer than a night! Highly recommend"

"In spite of the naysayers and other poor reviews we approached our stay here with open minds and hearts - and we weren't disappointed! I will accede that the immediate area around the building itself looks a little unkempt and unloved but if you look beyond that to the property and the facilities it's a very different ball game! Everything inside was clean, the reception area, bar, restaurant and the room, which was surprisingly spacious with a nice comfy bed and a nice, bright, clean bathroom....

"Great stay! We were not expecting too much based on the price but we were wrong. Natalie (I’m sure thats right) on reception greeted us and had some great tips for us on the local area (and Disney! Thanks for those too). The room was large and clean. Tv was excellent. Ceiling fan was a god send. Pool area very nice and refreshing after a hot day. Can’t even fault the buffet breakfast which was very tasty. Would most definitely stay again in in the area. Thanks!"

"Veldig koselig hotell med veldig bra frukost. God fleksibilitet kring innsjekkingen da vi ankom sent. Litt dumt at det var vanngymnastik i bassenget da vi skulle bade så vi måtte gå opp, men det var kun 30 min så det gikk fint. Trevlig personal og fantastiske omgivelser. "

"Only stayed for a night. Conveniently located at the airport, friendly staff, excellent food, nice and comfy rooms and beds. Will come back. "

"This is a beautiful place to stay. We wanted a comfortable place to relax for a few days before we headed on with our UK journey. Margarita and Liam are truly the most enjoyable and helpful owners. We had a great time walking to the local pub and lounging around this luxurious property. Our room was so comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. We look forward to coming back next time we are in the area. "
