Separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, white sand beach, and water sport facilities easily available. Walking distance to centre of town, shops, banks and restaurants. Local attractions: Within a five mile radius you can easily visit the famous Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain for Bobsled ride and chair lift, horse back riding, Plantation Tour and two Botanical Gardens. Water sports available on your door step and some awesome snorkeling!

My stay at this waterfront condo in Ocho Rios was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the water with breathtaking views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful yet close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time in Ocho Rios staying at Carib Condos! This place offers a perfect balance of serenity, exclusivity, and connectivity to the community and culture. I very much wanted an "authentic" stay while in Jamaica, and Carib Condos allows for this. Itinerary completed on my 7 day trip- Mahogany Beach, next doorDunns River and Blue HoleNine Mile- bit of a tourist trapWalk through town to Island Village and backBlue Lagoon swimming/kayakingFishing charter- caught a new speciesCar rental is a must (Californian here- you can do it- even when Google takes you down the wrong one way street a couple of times). Amazing food eating out and in- kitchen has what you need to make local dishes. Unfortunately was unable to meet Belinda; however, she was a great host and was very attentive and helpful.

I totally enjoy my stay at Carib Condominium. The view from is absolutely amazing, sitting on the balcony in the morning enjoying breakfast and in the evenings is a must! The beach is literally 3mins walk. It’s so peaceful, if you need assistance the grounds people are very pleasant and helpful but you can always contact Belinda. Belinda always responds promptly to questions. I high recommend staying here, I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Ocean Views

I booked this location as i wanted somewhere safe for my mother to be able to stay and relax while staying in the area. She sent me many beautiful pictures and we appreciated the recommendations for vegetarian food options in the area. The check in process was smooth and there was someone there to help her lift her luggage as well. The only recommendation she had for the place was that the banister leading up the stairs only goes about 2/3 of the way up so when stepping down she didn't have a banister to hold the first few steps making her footing feel unsure on the wooden steps. Otherwise it was perfect! (I tried to leave pictires but the app won't let me).

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. If you are debating yourself about staying at this property stop doing it & just book this property. Gorgeous views, property was cleaned and well maintained. I didn’t need the host for anything but I do feel like if I did need her it would have been easy to contact her. They came in & changed sheets and towels & straightened up in the middle of our stay. I was so comfortable there & it really felt like home. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect spot right on the beach!

This was an excellent property. Especially if you want to be nearby a nice be ef with amenities like a bar, music, shopping, and an attendant at the front gate offered exceptional service. The post was excellent giving machine above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. And sitting on the balcony each day overlooking.

Great water view

Walking in first thing that caught my eye was the balcony with the beautiful water view. Spent most mornings outside drinking coffee before getting my day started. The place is nicely cleaned and maintained everything was functional no major issues while there but when I needed to reach out to Belinda she was attentive and quick to respond. I will definitely return back and recommend this place

I stayed for one week with my girlfriend. It was amazing. 3mins drive from the heart of the town (10-15mins walk). And everything was as listed. Definitely plan on staying there again on my next visit

Location and access to attractions are good. Was made aware of ceiling leak only hours before arrival. However it did not impede our stay other than a towel on the floor to catch the occasional drip. Caretaker’s of the property were friendly and helpful. They helped us greatly with a flat tire .

I totally enjoyed my 9 day stay . Waking up to the sounds of the waves was very peaceful. The property was very clean, AC , Hot water and 25/7 security. The housekeeper kept us w fresh towels and the place tidy. Looking forward to staying here again
