This beauty is located just outside of Ocho Rios in the Parish of St Ann's approximately a 1-hour 20 minutes drive from Montego Bay Airport.

From Kingston airport, the time is approximately a 1-hour 20 minutes if using the new toll road.

Villa Patiently Waiting is fully staffed with a caretaker, housekeeper and gardener.

This villa can sleep up to 10 people.

Inside our villa, it is one of the best on the island with quality from the porcelain tiles on the floor to the high quality Italian furniture in the living areas.

This villa is loaded with excellent bedroom furniture all our bedrooms have their own personal bathrooms two of these bathrooms have jacuzzi baths with showers, one has a shower room.

You will be well looked after on this vacation. This includes cleaning change of towels and sheets upon request free wifi

This is not a shoe-horned holiday in a cramped environment where the guests are on top of one another.

All our rooms are super large our living room is very long with two rooms on each side which we call verandas:

One side veranda has dining sitting for ten people overlooking the swimming pool also landscaped gardens there is also a computer station.

This area is so stunning that photographs cannot do it justice

The second veranda has two sofas overlooking our secret garden.

This area has blue baby leather sofas outside this area is our secret garden where guests can chill out or eat and relax.

Our main living room has an Italian marble dining table seating 6 people

There is also 3 Italian sofas, Italian coffee table with 4 stools cable curved 50 inch TV with free wifi.

Two of our bedrooms comfortably hold two double beds both have ensuite bathrooms one a jacuzzi bathroom the other a shower room

The master has a super king size bed with a 60-inch cable TV.

The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with shower

All the bedrooms have private bathrooms with safes

Villa Patiently Waiting is a luxury Spanish style villa sitting on one and a half acres of landscaped fruited gardens with its own swimming pool, BBQ pit outside spa retreat, gazebo, secret gardens.

Outside dining areas are our gazebo also our secret gardens total seating 20 people.

We are 3 minutes walk away from one of the best beaches on the island of Jamaica it also has a bar and restaurant on this beach our villa is covered with 24-hour security.

The Jamaican north coast villa Patiently Waiting is a 10 minutes drive to Ocho Rios and its world famous Dunn's River falls, Dolphin Clove and Mystic Mountain

All of these tourist attractions are a must see when visiting Jamaica this is the major tourist zone on the island of Jamaica.

Dunn's River Falls the number one tourist attraction on the island. Where people climb the famous falls with this is a fantastic day out.

Only 10 minutes drive away from our villa.

Most villas we have viewed are not in the same league as Villa Patiently Waiting.

They are over-priced with old, boring interior and exterior furniture some of their exteriors look decent but usually, they are let down by the interiors of their villas.

We have three members of staff our caretaker Mr, Chris Ludford our housekeeper Miss Pet also our gardener Junior.

We stay contact our guests even after they have made payment and have arrived in Jamaica because we want all our guests to be happy and return.

Beach Passes

Please be advised that beach passes are provided for your convenience during your stay. However, if a beach pass is lost, a fee of $150 USD per pass will be charged. All guests are required to sign an agreement acknowledging this fee upon check-in.

Gate Remote Keys

We ask that you take extra care with the gate remote keys during your stay. If a remote key is lost, a $150 USD fee will be charged. As with the beach passes, all guests will need to sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of this fee.
