"We were there for the chiefs game and didn’t know what time we would be done so we checked with the hotel to see if it was ok that we check in after 11. They checked us in right away but obviously told us after 3. Super helpful checking in early. "

"Alot of damage to our room. Chipped paint. The sink was cracked. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Floor in the bathroom visibly dirty. No towels at the pool. The A/C worked great and the bed was comfy."

"Great staff! I requested extra pillows no problem, extra hangers after I arrived once again no problem and I even had Amazon deliver overnight no problem! Top tier customer service and the hotel has conventionally located off the local interstates and only a short drive to get into downtown. Great overall stay. Thank you!"

"It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying...
