  • Stunning property is on 2 acres, located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood.

    Enjoy the Beautiful Views of Harrington Sound one of the most Beautiful inlets in Bermuda.

    Harrington Sound is a wonderful inlet of ocean water in Bermuda surrounded mainly by Hamilton parish and Smiths parish. There is a small narrow inlet that connects this to the Atlantic ocean, known as the Flatts inlet.

    The water in this lake mostly flows in through the underwater caves and subterranean passages. The sound has been named after Lucy Harrington, a lady from the Elizabethan days who did a lot for the Parish.

    Harrington sound has many small islands in it like the Trunk island and Rabbit Island. Some of them are inhabited through out the year.

    The water area is excellent for activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing etc. Although there are many types of fish that you can find here, over the years the population of shell fish like the scallops have been steadily decreasing.

    The Large 2 bedroom apartment makes you feel at home, away from home. The Kitchenette features refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots pan and utensils. Daily cleaning and linen service can be available at a price.

    There is an ample supply of towels for both the beach, pool and bath.

    Internet service is provided FREE so that you can stay in touch with others, or your office. Flat Screen Television and Telephone.


    The property known as 'Neston' is in walking distance to the Beach, or catching the Bus. It is about 5 min away from two of Bermudas' BEST attractions, the Aquarium and Zoo and the Crystal Cave.

    If you desire a mixture of relaxation and quietness than 'Neston' is for you.

Amazing house in amazing location. Easy walk to the bus. Centrally located on the island. The host goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great location- near the grocery store and easy bus stops. Centrally location between Hamilton and St.Davids. It has water access out front as well as a beautiful pool. So beautiful.

Wayne was an excellent host and made us feel welcome right away by coming to introduce himself when we arrived. Before our trip, I asked about nearby supermarkets, and he was very helpful—there’s one just a 6–8 minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient.The property itself is lovely and was perfect for my husband, our adult son, and me. It’s located in a quiet area, and even though I’ve traveled to Bermuda six times before, this stay offered exactly the kind of relaxation we were looking for.One of my favorite moments was sitting just beyond the pool, reading my book while overlooking the water—it was peaceful and truly special.

Great Stay

This property is in a beautiful location and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The pool was a highlight, providing endless hours of fun and relaxation for my family. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Fabulous location away from the crowds but very near to public transport. Wayne was a superb host with a friendliness and hospitality that we experienced across the island, day in, day out.

An amazing place to spend a relaxing vacation. Overlook the bay/ocean from the pool and enjoy the amazing colors, along with the birds. Want to cool off, jump in the pool or take a jump into the bay/ocean. Grab a kayak and go over to a secluded beach and see lots of fish swimming around. Easy walk to the Marketplace and bus. 3 zone tickets is all you need to get into Hamilton or go up to the quiet and unique St. George (most everything opens at 10am, fyi). This was the perfect place for our family of four. Rooms were spacious and secluded enough for us parents to have a little privacy. Pool was large, not salt water, and everything our kids wanted. Wayne was such a nice gentleman. He was very communicative and provided tons of information. Highly recommend.

Our host was excellent. He took us to the grocery store and gave us a tour of St. George's. The apartment was great for 2 couples. The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. 5 stars.

From beginning to end, this place was fabulous! Wayne was as excellent and sought to help with anything we might need. We're already talking about when our next trip to Bermuda will be! Great place! Great location!

Wonderful property and location

This property is simply excellent in every way. Clean, well equipped with everything anyone could need and super comfortable. The views are gorgeous and the pool and amenities are amazing. Wayne was so friendly, helpful and accomodsting and we thank him again for making our stay so special. If (when) we ever return to Bermuda, we would not stay anywhere else

Beautiful property and great stay

The large unit is nice, roomy and very clean. The property was beautiful, quiet and private. Wayne (the host) was gracious and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom apartment. The view was incredible and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental for your next vacation. We looked into staying at a resort and it was double the price and did not have the incredible view that this home offers.

Awesome view!

Loved the view of Harrington Sound, the kayaks and the accessibility of snorkeling within a few steps of the unit. Wayne was very responsive and knowledgeable about the island and went out of his way to get us situated on the island.

Wayne is the most welcoming host. The place and view is amazing. Everything is as described and perfect. Don’t delay in booking this property and maybe Wayne will even sing for you💙

Stunning piece of Island Paradise! We loved the location, being away from the tourist crowd. Although I would have been happy to spend 10 days just on the property, we easily toured the island with a bus pass. Grocery store within walking distance along with bus stops. I did get my steps in! Small electric car rentals are popular as well. Most gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Exceeded my expectations!

Bermuda Vacation

This property is very well maintained and the location is good. I will note that the walk from the rental to the main road to catch the bus is more like a 15 minute walk. The owner of the property is very personable and super nice. He gave us a ride from the grocery store back to the rental which was awesome since our bags were really heavy. I would recommend this vacation property to anyone wishing to visit Bermuda.
