This unique and spacious row home - with a finished basement - is in the heart of The Village at Bear Trap Dunes and features approximately 3,100 square feet of vacation space. This darling escapade has been recently updated with LVP flooring throughout (no carpeting) and granite countertops in the kitchen.

The main level features the living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The finished basement features a comfortable sitting area with TV, table and chair set for game playing or additional dining space, and there is also an electronic dart board as well. Lots to offer! Great for golfers or a large family or group. Guests can enjoy central air conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer, too. All TVs are smart TVs, and guests can enjoy foosball, electronic darts, and grilling out in the fresh air.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Friends Road Trip

Keypad code did not work. Locked out for more than an hour. No help from Delaware or 800 office. Horrible experince. .

The was no sleeper sofa in the basement as described .

House was great, the large kitchen table allowed us to sit together for meals and just hanging out. House was clean and ultra quiet, you could not hear anything else once door was closed. Location was good but if you Ocean City id your destination it is a long time consuming trip. Bethany Beach was great. Only workaround was no sleeper sofa as described. That was an inconvenient so you need to update the description.

Perfect Accomodations

This house was perfect for our Family which comprised of grandparents, parents, and children totaling 14 people. 6 Adults, 8 Children. We loved it.

House nice cleanliness terrible

It was very easy to book this home. And check in was a breeze! I paid for the linen fee and when we arrived none of the beds were made and no linens, towels etc. The most disappointing thing was it was very obvious that the home was not cleaned. My husband noticed as soon as we got there and for him to notice is saying something! The carpets and floors had not been cleaned at all. I found a half used pump hand soap in the powder room. We found a pair of used men’s underwear under my daughters second bed while cleaning up...None of the bathrooms looked like they had really been cleaned maybe a once over rinse. No clean smell and bathroom rugs were NOT clean! Eww. I expected extra clean because we are in the middle of a pandemic and on the website and in an email I was told there will be extra cleaning done. That did not happen. I called the number to complain and was told someone would come clean and make beds. Two women came who could barely speak English. I asked if they were there to clean too but they said “no just make beds” . They were kind enough to take the sweeper up and vacuum the upstairs bedrooms. So I assumed the cleaners would come later. They did not come so I called a few hours later and spoke to another person and they said they would come. They never came. I asked for some kind of a refund which they did give me back a small amount. The home itself and the community was nice and had plenty of room. We loved the pool and Fitness center. We had 15 all together yet still had our own spaces. Very roomy home. Most of the furniture is older and a couple of items I would throw out but that didn’t affect our stay. Only suggestion I would make for the home is an outside hose to rinse off the sand, a grill and a place for bikes . We were not allowed to use the garage. So we had 8 bikes squished into the teeny patio area. Also a second refrigerator is necessary if your home can hold 16. We had to bring a cooler with ice in the house to use as overflow refrigeration.

Upon arrival our towels were outside in a plactic bag and opened. I sent an email and the next morning, new towels were delivered. Very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the unit we rented last week. The size & layout was perfect for our family

We were very impressed and pleased with the resort as a whole. The pool and playground were close by, adequately supervised, and very clean; parking was no problem; the closeness to the beach and grocery stores was perfect for our needs. We really have no complaints about the property, however we do feel a second refrigerator would be extremely beneficial to a unit that sleeps 16. We made all our breakfast, lunches, and all but one of our dinners at the house, and with 6 grandchildren (one an infant) we quickly ran out of space in both the refridgerator and the freezer. The only other concern we have is directed at the linen service. Upon arrival we hadmore than enough linens for everyone, however we were not properly informed as to how the service worked. We laundered the originally supplied linens throughout the week. When packing up on Saturday we noticed a bin in the back yard area containing several bags of new linens. We did not receive any information telling us there were specific linen exchange days, where to put used linens, or where to call if we had any concerns or questions. In closing let me just say our family spent a wonderful week together and your townhouse was perfect for our first inclusive family vacation. Thank you so much.
