The house was clean and beautiful, the property manager was very communicative and helpful with any questions. The location had so much to offer the whole family, we had an amazing time!

We had the best experience at Bay Forest! Before we even arrived Jeanette was super helpful with everything. The house was super clean, the furniture was beautiful, the location was fantastic and the amenities were awesome. We have stayed at many other places and this was one by far our absolute favorite. We will be booking again for next summer with Jeanette

Great space inside and out!

Beautiful well maintained modern home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of great space for biking, access to the bay and kayaks, and community pools nearby. We enjoyed our stay and the community ammenties. Hosts were very communicative. We love the coastal and beach towns so was great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Absolutely perfect for our family getaway! With five large bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bonus room and second master upstairs allowed the kids a space of their own which was appreciated. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals together.l when we weren’t eating out. We especially loved the gorgeous porches, which became our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening wind-downs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail throughout the home made it feel welcoming. We used the gym and the pools daily, biked around the friendly and safe neighborhood and even spent time in the game room on a rainy day. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious beach retreat. The owners are so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic Home in Great Location

We booked this house for a week long trip, and wanted a central location to be able to do things on the Delaware shore and in Ocean City. From this house it's as easy to get to Rehoboth Beach as it is Ocean City and all the places in between. Even better than the location is the house itself. It is BIG! 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a great kitchen with a huge island. The porch off the back is covered and has a comfortable couch and chairs, as well as a dining table and a great grill. It's in a great neighborhood, and the owners have kept this place in impeccable condition. We spent a lot of our time on the numerous golf courses in the area, but the community amenities are numerous: pools, tennis, pickle ball, basketball court, bocce court, and more.We will definitely be back here next year.
