Suite Magnolia offers the comfort of home in the City of Discovery!
Nestled in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs, this newly renovated cottage makes for a perfect getaway destination. The location directly off Government Street allows you access to numerous restaurants, boutiques and entertainment, all within walking distance. You will find the warm waters of the Gulf a short distance south and a multitude of attractions in our neighboring city of Biloxi, including many casinos.

Suite Magnolia is a lovely retreat equipped with all the amenities you will need: There is room for the whole family, with 4 beds: 1 queen, 2 twins, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper, 2 full baths, a full kitchen and dining area as well as a laundry room. The living room provides a comfortable place to relax in front of a large flat-screen TV as well as the primary bedroom. Cable TV is provided in the living room area with Netflix available in the primary. Central heat and air, as well as WI-FI.
Whether you’re looking for a quiet stroll along historic downtown or interested in attending the many local festivals, Suite Magnolia is the place to stay.

Very nice little place to stay. We have stayed other places in OS where the rooms were small and you felt cramped, but Suite Magnolia has nice sized rooms and is very comfortable. The proximity to downtown OS makes it very convenient to shops and restaurants, many within a short walking distance.

Our host was very accommodating. We know you will be doing some updating soon, so our biggest issue - as 3 women - no real countertop space in the bathroom for makeup, etc.The two ladies who slept in the twin room, noted that the closet smelled musty, so you might check that as you remodel. We had a wonderful stay at Suite Magnolia. The location was perfect (close to downtown but not noisy,) check-in was a breeze, and Jerry was very accommodating and communicative. The property was cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Ocean Springs.

Cute & Quaint

The house was located close to most shops and restaurants so we were able to walk to most places.The home was clean and quaint, although it could use some upgrades on energy efficiency. 76 was a bit warm for the HVAC when you have menapausal women, lol. We ran all the fans on high and would close curtains in late afternoon. This definitely helped cool the house.The beds were so very comfortable, I think everyone in our party slept well each night.Well stocked kitchen, regular as well as single cup coffee pots.I would highly recommend this property.Oh they also have a brand new Food Court just across the street and should start having live venues by the fall. You should definitely check it out. CRAVE is the name.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and relaxing home. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the main street in Ocean Springs and close to the beautiful white sand beach. Mornings on the front porch with our drinks were especially peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our visit.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

The property is exactly as pictured. There is a comfortable front porch for sipping and enjoying the slight bustle of downtown. We enjoyed live music yesterday compliments of Val's patio which is directly across the street. The home is comfortable and the bed slept well. The kitchen supplies were satisfactory. Jerry is an excellent host and responded quickly when called. We would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend in Ocean Springs

We came down from Jackson for a long weekend. This was a great location! The only complaint we had was the beds could use some updating. Overall it was a great stay! The house is located across the street from the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Arts Center. I highly recommend checking their website for shows and programs during your stay. You could experience a local show just a few steps from the front door!
