Located in nice neighborhood, hot tub was good. House had everything the listing described.

Beds super firm, pillows very flat, not many amenities included. Relatively clean. Patio is nice but very hot. TV is extremely pain to use and messages get referred to calling someone else. Not terrible but definitely not the best place I've ever stayed

House needs cleaned by someone who takes care of the details. There are holes in windows, walls, countertop in kitchen, things are broken. The pool table pockets were taped in with duct tape. The foosball table was broken. The fishing pole to fish with was also broken. Amenities to make it more enjoyable should be kept up with. For the money we paid, I expected the property to be a lot nicer and well maintained.The neighborhood was quiet.We spent most of our time exploring Ocean Springs and Biloxi. Disappointed in the value of what we paid for. Pictures are definitely AI generated of the property.

The water was shut off by the city due to non payment upon arrival. Tried contacting the only phone number listed multiple times before check in and once we realized the water was shut off. The contact lady said she was “ at work” and that’s why she didn’t answer the 4 previous phone calls. Provide another phone number if that’s the case. She did contact the property owner and the water was turned on within an hour. Multiple electrical outlets not working , light bulbs out , living room tv runs off an x box and very confusing to navigate, back porch roof leaks , tiny charcoal grill and the “ pond” is basically a water drainage ditch . The house itself is well laid out and has plenty of potential. Good neighborhood from what we could tell and a pretty convenient location. My suggestion to the owners would be to take the time to fix all the problems with the house and try again. It could be a great place.
