  • Approximately a mile from the water, Clark Cottage is a beautiful, two-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of Ocean Springs beaches, as well as just down the road from the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.

    This charming, newly renovated cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large fully fenced-in backyard, and use of a six-seat electric golf cart.

    Clark Cottage is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

    Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

    Clark Cottage features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you want to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

    The large open living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV & an electronic fireplace. There is also a small fold down futon/couch for an additional sleeping space.

    In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed, SmartTV, dedicated workspace, and an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Smart TV as well, and the hallway guest bathroom has a combination shower & oversized tub.

    The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and ceiling fans for additional cooling throughout the home.

    The backyard is a large, fully enclosed fenced-in space perfect for furry friends to frolic. There is also a propane grill and outdoor seating around a fire pit to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast breezes.

    ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

    ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

    While at Clark Cottage you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

House was super clean no issues, Location was great and having golf cart to get around was awesome.. All amenities describe were on point. Outside area was cozy. This was our first time staying with this host but we will definitely book again.

This place is GREAT! We enjoyed our time in Ocean Springs and staying here Made it even better. We brought our dog and she loved the fenced in backyard and her golf cart rides. If looking for a clean,quiet,comfy place to stay this is definitely it. The property is right in the middle of everything, eating the beach and casinos. If traveling to the area again this will be our place to stay! Host is very informative and just as listed.

Amazing communication! The house is perfect with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a golf cart. The location is perfect, and it was a great spot for our French Bulldog to relax while we were out and about. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location for the beach and town, especially with the golf cart. Favorite part was the covered patio that opened to a fence yard where our lab could run and play safely and freely! House was also spotless, which is especially impressive for a pet friendly home.

Darling cottage!! Perfect location - quick golf cart ride to the beach, shops, restaurants. Host was very responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean, very nice 2BR/2B home. Great outdoor area with covered porch and TV. House has been updated with nice bathrooms and amenities- plenty of hot water from installation of tankless hot water pump. Golf cart was newer and held charge with no problems. Close to downtown. Even received notice that the unit was ready an hour before check in! Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

home was very clean, in a safe neighborhood, golf cart was charged and ready for the short drive downtown to all the restaurants and stores. Back porch was perfect for hanging out by the fire pit. Our stay was very enjoyable!

Loved this little house…..so clean, new appliances, everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a huge plus. Chris was very helpful and made the entire booking and stay so easy! Our little fur baby loved the big, fenced yard. Highly recommend.
