Experience the ultimate waterfront getaway with your family and friends at this brand new 4-bedroom,
2-bathroom vacation rental on the Grand Canal. Launch your kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards from
your own private dock to explore the 20+ miles of canals. Don’t forget your fishing poles, crab snares,
clam guns, and fishing license because this home is only ½ mile from Damon Point beach and 10
mins from Copalis beach. Enjoy the beach life, breathe in the reinvigorating ocean air, hike local trails,
rent a scooter or e-bike, golf, take in the shops and great local restaurants. When your daily
adventures are complete, come home to a fully fenced backyard haven with a hot tub, firepit, grill,
outdoor dining, bocce ball court and other yard games.There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom.

Bedrooms: All come with soft comfy linens. Maximum guests set at 8. Sleeps 8
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2, 3, and 4: Queen Beds.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms stocked with fresh bath towels. Beach towels are available for use
with the hot tub and to wipe sandy puppy paws! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers
available. The master bathroom has a full-size shower. Bathroom 2 provides a bathtub with shower.
Outdoor living:Covered porch for hot tub and grill, outdoor dining table for 8, wood burning
firepit with built-in seating, 4 Adirondack chairs, bocce ball court, additional yard games, canal views
with private dock.
Interior Living: Beach chic cozy interior, Free Wi-Fi, 5 Smart TVs to access your streaming
channels, dining table seating 8, comfortable open concept living, heating and air conditioning, and
washer/dryer.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen for people who love to cook, complimentary spices, knife set,
tools/pots for crab, clams and oysters, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, blender, Instapot, Crock-
pot.

 Pet Friendly – No more than 2 small dogs 40 lb limit allowed for extra fee (bed and furniture
covers provided for your fur babies) If you leave the dogs have to go with you they cannot be left at the house or in the garage.

Perfect place for our family and 2 dogs. Quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities. Loved the fenced yard with access to the canal in the back. Peaceful and relaxing.

Very accurate to their description. Very clean and comfortable beds. Conveniently located on the canal for easy kayaking. Local beach access was closed unfortunately. Bring your own coffee pods/tea, shampoo, bath soap. These items are not provided, or very scarce. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and stay again if in the area.

This house had everything we needed for everyone to enjoy. Game room, hot tub, firepit, outdoor yard games. Beds were comfortable. Quick drive to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We would for sure stay here again!

We came here to celebrate my daugther turning 15. We had a great time enjoying the hot tub and plethera of games available! The space in the garage was great to give both kids and adults some down time! Close enough to the beach to walk! We could even hear the waves on the front porch. Would recommend.

I do a girls trip every year and we have stayed at this beautiful home for the past two years and look forward to next year. Nice to have 4 bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is will stocked with everything you need. Thank you for such a nice home!

Great property for a small group. The house is well equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Walking distance to the beach, nice big hot tub, cozy beds and pillows.

We had a great experience with this host. The house was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you could need, not to mention games, books, and incidentals. We really did not know what to expect, given we were planning on cooking thanksgiving dinner in a rental, but it worked out beautifully, and we were able to spend it with our Washington state family.

Everything was nice. They were late checking us in by about 30 minutes+ due to needing to clean the place. I got there and was waiting in my car in the driveway when the manager messaged me to leave the property until they were done cleaning, which was odd since I was in my car in the driveway with nowhere to go. We arrived to find a very clean and well maintained home. Everything we needed was there. ONly thing there were only 4 coffee pods. Had to go to the store, it was not problem. Everything we needed was in the home. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. If you want the best, rent this home for your vacation. Went to the beach even when it rained. 10 out of 10

I travel and use VRBO ALOT. This home was everything described in listing and better! Immaculate, welcoming. comfortable and has a incredible kitchen with great variety of NICE dishes and a variety of spices too. We cooked an amazing surf n turf dinner and the dishware options made us feel pampered. The grill was ready for use and even a extra propane tank is available if needed. My favorite part was the wonderful hot tub that is actually hot! The birds filled the backyard with song and it was so relaxing. There is a abundance of both indoor and outdoor games and the location is fantastic. I have been telling everyone how perfect it was and plan to return soon. The attention to details and thoughtfulness in the home on behalf of our host was greatly appreciated.

I spent a long weekend at A Retreat on the Canal with my girlfriends. The house was beautifully appointed, the kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed that we were a short walk to Damon Point and the Beach, as well as from the restaurants at Oyhut bay. We loved the back yard and the canal views and access. We used the firepit for roastin marshmallows and loved the hot tub over morning coffee. It was a fantastic stay! Thanks so much for sharing you beautiful home with us!

House has a great layout. Perfect open concept for family gatherings. My boys enjoyed the rooms. As did my husband and I. Beds were super comfy and its furnishings were new and classy. Loved everything about this place. No complaints. And the hot tub!!! Definitely enjoyed that so did kids. Totally recommend

The house was amazing. The kitchen was like being in a chefs kitchen, so well equipped. All the beds were perfect! I have used VRBO in several other cities and this house was by far the best.
