Great Cottage

This has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed on any vacation. The cottage was in a great location and we had plenty of room for all 9 of us. John was a great host and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a wonderful time!! Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.Our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our next vacation. This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The cottage is beautiful and well maintained and the sunset view is beyond beautiful. The walk to the beach was just a couple min walk and the pool right around the corner. The host was very friendly and helpful. His communication skills went above and beyond. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Awesome beach house!

This was a great beach house for our family of 9! It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Easy access to the beach and pools. We loved the ICW view and spent a lot of time on the deck and patio enjoying that and the sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor issue as soon as we got there. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean Home at a Great Location

The property was clean and the location was great. Indoor and outdoor furniture suited our family’s needs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. Overall a quiet and (and seemed like) a safe area. Would stay again if we decide to return to OIB next year.

Amazing Home

The location of this home is absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset on the deck over the water was one of my favorite parts. Beautiful home with everything you need. Short walk to the pool and beach. Owner is a great communicator. Can’t wait to return.

Owner great to work with

We had to cancel our trip due to the hurricane and the owner was great to work with us through the process. He was very available and understanding. We plan on booking the house again soon!

Ocean vacation 24

Our needs included nine so the five bedrooms and three baths were perfect. We were grateful for the well equipped kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed the great views any time we were in the commons spaces. Fishing at the community dock added to the ocean and pool time! We loved our week at Ocean Isle and Jon’s house!

Family vacation

This house was gorgeous! Looked even better than the pictures and had a new 70 inch TV which was wonderful for family of 10! Beach was close and two pools nearby. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunsets! Jon the owner was so easy to work with and very nice and accommodating. The whole family had a wonderful time and plan to go back in the future. It was our first time here and would definitely recommend this beautiful home for vacations on Ocean Isle Beach!

Recent stay

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and we had a great stay! The house was clean, updated, and a short walk to the beach. We had a 2.5 year old and a 4 year old and the walk to the beach was very doable. It was nice to sit out on the deck on the sound side as well. The owner, Jon, was great to work with and helped as we prepared for our trip. We will definitely be back!

Hated to leave!

Everything about this cottage was wonderful. It was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable , the view from the deck was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

A Great Week

Our family had another great week at this property.! This is our second year staying at this house; we have been coming to Ocean Isle for about 35 years and coming to different houses in Island Park for about 12. This house meets our needs, and the owner is very helpful and responsive to questions. We hope to book again for 2023! We love that there are five bedrooms and three baths— and we also use the shower downstairs for the children!

House with a view

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Our family agreed it was the most comfortable & well stocked house we have ever stayed in. Sunset from the deck was spectacular. The walk to the beach was easy but we used a golf cart to carry umbrellas & chairs. Even with a 1yr old, it was convenient! The pool was a great way to end the day. and the neighborhood felt like home. Can’t wait to go back .

2022 family beach trip

Perfect house for our annual beach trip!

The house is situated at the end of the street, with a nice open lot that sits on the inlet. We were able to sit outside by the bar, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house was clean, decorated nicely and suited our needs perfectly. Comfy beds, a nice sectional, and big bathrooms made for a great stay for our crew of varying ages. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home and destination!

Jon is an incredible owner. I very much enjoyed dealing with him. The house is in perfect condition. Very clean and nicely appointed. The downstairs tiki bar was great. We spent most of our waking hours there. The location is wonderful. It has an amazing view. We rented a golf cart and loved scooting all over the island. Beach access is close by, along with a very close pool. Thank you Jon! We will be back… for sure!
