The first floor offers the main living space with an oversized fully stocked kitchen, beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, and a wine cooler! There's so much light throughout this main living area with sliders to the huge outdoor deck and several large windows, giving this space an exquisite view of the canal leading right to the open bay. Everyone will find this indoor/outdoor space thoroughly relaxing. There is also a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom on this first floor! The second floor boasts 3 additional oversized bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and a deck both off the front and back for your enjoyment. The third floor is where the all the fun is... A beautiful open game room with multiple arcade games, a tv, a jukebox, and a full bar! This floor also has a full bathroom and a deck to enjoy more of the beautiful canal/bay views. This exquisite property sleeps 12 so it's perfect for bigger families or multi-family vacations. Book your stay today- you truly will not want to leave!

The beach house is a great house for a family. Close to the boardwalk and other fun things to do in OC. I would recommend that you bring your own blankets. I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

A group of us stayed here for a long weekend. It is a great place to stay with friends. The location is close to the amusement park and main road for food/drinks/fun. Communication was great.

Twelve of us stayed down at this property. Plenty of room for all of us. Waterfront to the bay is great addition as we bought tubes and kids, my wife and I swam all week. Definitely stay here again

Golf trip

We have been coming to oc for 15 years and this House was perfect for our trip and had everything you need to enjoy a long weekend! The 3rd floor set up was a special bonus to the house that we really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

NYE Getaway

This was a beautiful place to stay and get away to ring in the New Year with my fiance and another couple. We really didnt need to go anywhere with all of the amenities this place has to offer. But there is so so much to do in the area once you are there.

Ocean City

Great family home, close to restaurants and entertainment. Access to outdoor water would have been helpful for rinsing off the beach. Our family truly enjoyed the space especially the upstairs game room.
