Esta unidad ha sido rehabilitada por completo con una nueva cocina con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos S / S, una nevera de tamaño completo con máquina de hielo, microondas empotrado, estufa / horno eléctrico y una lavadora / secadora estándar. Incluyendo nuevos pisos de tablones de vinilo de lujo, ducha con azulejos de porcelana, muebles, colchones con espuma de memoria y muebles de terraza Poly.

Perfect location to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Carl is a great host very communicative. Could not have asked for a better vacation spot. Had an amazing time!

Carl was excellent, he got back to me almost immediately with any questions I had. The condo was very clean and exactly what we expected. Perfect for a weekend stay and located right near a lot of the downtown spots people go. I would definitely recommend his Vrbo and would stay again next time I plan to visit OCMD.

Property was as described! Ideal location and close to a lot of amenities! Beach block was perfect! Highly recommend this property. Carl the owner was great to work with, responded promptly regarding questions. Hope to stay at this property again!

This condo is super cozy and provides all you need in a great location during an Ocean City vacation. The owners are great with checking in and seeing if you have any questions. I will be sure to return again.

This place is a hidden gem! Very clean, neat, no bugs and all upgraded! The owners were very professional and communicative. The only thing that may deter any future renters are the stairs to get to the property on the second floor. If you have someone that can’t climb stairs, then this place is not for you. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

Excellent stay. The host was great with communication, no issues. Clean and updated condo. Short walk to the beach. We stayed during the Ocean’s Calling Festival and walked there and back each day (about an hour walk if even). Bonus points for being across from the Convention Center for the EV charging stations. Would highly recommend staying here! :)

Our stay in OC was delightful. Carl was great at communicating and the condo was perfect and in great condition for our stay. Minutes walking distance to the beach which was also convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location and Great Host

We have stayed in this condo a few times. The condo is updated, very clean and great location. The Host is very easy to communicate with. He welcomed us, wished us a safe trip home and answered any questions we had immediately. Great Host!!!! We will be back.

OC R&R getaway

This property was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. A super quick short walk to beach. Several great places nearby to eat as well. The communication with host was really good. Checked in to make sure everything at property was good during our stay.

We stayed for 5 nights at this condo while in town for our daughter’s dance competition, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what we were hoping for during a busy week. Carl was a fabulous host, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. It made our stay feel easy and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place!

Stayed here during the week of my daughters national dance competition which was at the convention center. It was the PERFECT location with the convention center across the street and the beach right at the other end of the street. It was clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and safe and if we come back to Ocean City next summer I’ll definitely be looking to see if it’s available.
