Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Such a nice little condo! Loved the balcony that faced the canal. Overall such a relaxing place that’s close enough to everything, but tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

This home was very clean, and beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! Check in was easy, we ended up extending our stay for an extra 2 days!

Great cozy bayside condo.

We loved how clean and bright the house was, very updated, cute little balcony over looking the bay. Hopefully they put some patio furniture out there. Good location, plenty of room. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was actually bigger than expected and seems like it was recently remodeled with new looking floors and paint. It was very spacious and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. It was a great home base for our beach weekend! Our only complaints were that the fold out couch in the living room was more of a leather futon that wasn’t very comfortable as a couch or a bed, and one of the chairs on the balcony was a really cheap flexible plastic one that everyone was scared to sit on. But overall it was a great place and we’d stay there again.
