    No es solo una propiedad de alquiler, esta es nuestra casa familiar de playa. No podemos estar aquí todo el año, por lo que le damos la bienvenida como nuestro invitado. Disfruta de nuestro lugar en cualquier momento del año.

    Ofrecemos una vista de primera fila a los fuegos artificiales (semanalmente y el 4 de julio), conciertos en el parque y el Festival de Invierno de Luces.

    Seas the Day es una unidad de un dormitorio completamente renovada en el condominio de Raffles en North Ocean City con vista al hermoso parque de Northside y la bahía.

    Relájese en el balcón privado cubierto, dé un paseo al atardecer por el parque, tome un refrescante baño en la nueva piscina o camine por la playa. Hambriento, no hay necesidad de cocinar, solo pasos para las mejores comidas.

    Este retiro tiene un dormitorio con una cama queen y una cama doble. Además, hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. El dormitorio y la sala de estar tienen cortinas opacas para aquellos a quienes les gusta dormir. Disfrute de la puesta de sol cada noche desde el amplio balcón privado con vista al hermoso Northside Park and Bay. El condominio tiene una lavadora / secadora apiladas, calefacción central / aire acondicionado, pero dada la orientación este-oeste de la unidad (y el ventilador de techo en la sala de estar), cuando las ventanas y la puerta corredera están abiertas, disfrute de la brisa del verano.

    Nuestra unidad está bien equipada, ya sea que se quede un fin de semana largo o varias semanas. Nuestros servicios incluyen: SmartTV de pantalla plana de 46 "con cable en la sala de estar, TV de pantalla plana con cable de 32" en el dormitorio, WiFi en la unidad, lavadora y secadora, y pisos nuevos en todas partes para ayudar a mantener las cosas limpias y frescas. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, que incluyen una estufa nueva, refrigerador, lavaplatos y microondas.

This is by far our favorite place to stay in ocean city! The place is convenient and lovely and Chad and Nicole are great hosts. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Perfect stay!

We loved being located across front Northside park and just 2 blocks from the beach. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Clean and bright

We loved our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and there were so many restaurants nearby. The location was ideal for small children as we weren't in the heart of boardwalk chaos and my daughter loved having the pool as an option for swimming. We'll definitely visit again!

Awesome!!

We love staying at this condo. This is our second time and definitely the best place to stay at OC. The condo is clean, convenient (close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants) and quiet. It is the perfect place for a family or a couple to get away. We looking forward to hopefully coming back next year!

Summer 2024

We had a great stay at Raffles. The condo is located within walking distance of everything including the beach, Northside Park, the pier, kayaking, playground, mini golf, ice cream, and restaurants. Our kids had a blast!

Best place in OC!

Chad and Nicole have a lovely place and they are great hosts. The Sundays in the park are always a great way to start the week. The location is perfect and the kids always enjoy the beaches, the pool and all the ice cream places within walking distance :) a perfect end to the summer!

Perfect Condo for a Beach Vacation!

Loved the condo! Very clean and comfortable. Condo was roomy and plenty of space for a family. The deck overlooking the park was great to watch the fireworks and to just hang out. Pool and property were well taken care of. Chad and Nicole were great and answered any questions we had about our stay and Ocean City. Great place and great vacation! Thank you!

Pleasant stay at the beach

Nice, straightforward 2nd floor walkup in north Ocean City with kitchen, washer/dryer and access to a swimming pool. 2 blocks to the beach. Walking track and public park behind the condos. Communication with hosts was great, very organized. Thanks for a nice week

Perfection

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the moment we opened the door. This home is comfy,clean and welcoming. Beautiful park view which we took advantage of. The park had an amazing concert and fireworks upon our arrival. We also used the playground and rented kayaks in the bay. The beach was an easy walk as well as several restaurant's, shopping , putt putt and ice cream! We were very happy and the location is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with my family! We made beautiful life long memories! We hope to stay again!

Nice beach vacation

Well-maintained condo with great location in North Ocean City. One flight of stairs walk-up. Easy walk to beach, grocery store and a few casual restaurants; quick drive on Coastal Highway to anywhere else. Amenities (central A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit) and swimming pool on property outstanding for area. Park/track behind the condo complex is also nice. Owners communicate clearly & well. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a nice week.

Dance Nationals

This properly is amazingly maintained. The outside is plain, but we were very happily surprised upon stepping inside the condo! The ocean is a 5 min walk. The bay is a 10 min walk (the way we went at least). There is a grocery store and food witching a 2-5 min walk from the condo as well. The host was very responsive in any questions and very kind/courteous. If we go to Ocean City again, this will be where we are staying!

Nice well maintained condo, great location!

This 2nd floor condo by the beach was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location was great! Just 2 blocks from the beach and the park-side view was nice. Always lots of activity and people watching. Saw a lot of softball games, and had the best seats on the deck to watch the fireworks on Sunday. Also walking distance to several restaurants, bars, grocery store, mini golf and ice cream. You literally don't have to get in your car once you arrive. The place was well appointed with basic supplies like laundry detergent, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc., as well as ample cookware and dishes. If I had to make one critique, the lighting could have been a little better. Overall great experience though!

First VRBO and wonderful experience

I booked in the fall for our first time visiting OC for a Nationals dance competition for my 7 year old daughter. Lots of anxiety going into it, but as questions popped up about location, noise level, etc. Chad and Nicole were responsive to my messages even months before our stay. When we arrived check in was easy and quick and we even received an email while on the road that we could check in early if we were able! This condo was quiet and we had NO issues with noise level. Even on the Fourth of July! My daughter had 5am wake up calls for her dances and I never had to worry about her not getting enough sleep bc of the condos peaceful atmosphere. The pool was wonderful and in our down time my daughter made fast friends with other guests. Travel was easy as the condo was within walking distance to many things and a short drive from others. The park and pier was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! One thing we would add is a toaster for breakfast time :) Thank you Chad and Nicole for letting us stay in your condo!

Great location!

We always loved this location and the condo had everything needed. It was clean and we loved the high chairs on the balcony so you could see over the railing. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to get back again next year. The park is such a great place!

Great Location, Spotless Place!

My friend and I decided to take a last minute trip to OCMD mid-September. This place was perfect! The hosts were so accommodating, everything was up-to-date and spotless, and the washer/dryer was a definite plus! So many places to eat and drink within walking distance. Everything in the condo was easily accessible, and the hosts left directions and brochures which greatly helped us OCMD first-timers! I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the super kind hosts!

Perfect family vacation

Loved the updated and clean condo, the walk to the beach was perfectly manageable with two little kids, and the pool was a great amenity. We enjoyed the events at the park on Sunday and also walked to dumsers, fractured prune, and tequila mockingbird. Greatly enjoyed our week

Best OC trip

The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, two blocks to a lovely section of the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The kids loved the pool in the evenings.. I was also impressed at how quiet the condo was - we never heard any of the neighbors. We can’t wait to come back here again!

Great family location

I like being a little bit further from the center of town because it seems less crowded at the beaches. We did decide to drive down to the boardwalk vs busing it because with 2 little ones you have extra things like strollers. I suggest parking between 2nd and 4th (be prepared for a 20 min drive since this is on 127th st) which is closer to the kiddie rides. The condo is clean, the pool is warm and within walking distance to everything you need including restaurants which offer breakfast to dinner as well as an ice cream shop.
