The bright interior presents a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances, as well as an open-concept living area with a flat-screen TV and sofabed.

An en-suite half bath in the bedroom provides added convenience. Spend blissful days on the sparkling shoreline, located just a quick stroll from home! A shared outdoor shower on-site is ideal for rinsing off after beach days. You can also walk to local eateries and attractions. This family-friendly escape offers free WiFi, reserved parking, and elevator access.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The beds were very hard. It appeared some updates had been done- painting. There was mold on the outside of the refrigerator and exterior side of the entrance door. Plumbing fixtures are old making it difficult to seem clean. Sofa bed was pretty broken down, felt every spring in the mattress. Location is good. AC kept the unit comfortable.

Needs updating

We loved the location. The beds were terrible We had to go buy a air mattress. Needs some upgrades bad . Also found a cockroach. Over all we will not be staying here again

Ideal location for hanging out at the beach and ocean view. However, it's very outdated and needs a number of things fixed and or refreshed.

Great location poor beds/ cleaners

Quite and great location. Room was a mess. Dirty laundry in washer and dirty linens and towels left from cleaners. Room had a smell due to wet laundry just left in room. They had us to finish cleaning room. Had to wash the towels left due to the odor. Sheets was just as bad. Beds was horrible. Very old and can feel each spring. Sofa bed has stains and very bad spring feel. Closets was a mess with blankets just thrown in. They looked like a past guest put them in and I doubt they was clean. Overall a great location but should look into a new cleaning company and update the beds. Bathroom vanity was rotted as well. For what you pay I would expect something nicer.
