  • Bella Mar es una espaciosa casa adosada de tres niveles con estacionamiento privado debajo y cinco balcones para disfrutar de las vistas tanto del océano como de la bahía. La ubicación está a menos de una cuadra a pie con acceso directo a la playa. La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad es perfecta para disfrutar de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y actividades locales. Ingrese a la unidad en un área del vestíbulo de medio nivel con escaleras al primer piso. El primer piso tiene dos dormitorios y un baño compartido se encuentra entre los dos dormitorios. También hay un armario de lavandería en el primer piso. El espacio habitable del segundo nivel tiene una amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana nueva, una chimenea, un gran sofá cama, comedor y cocina moderna con encimeras de granito. Todo este piso está completamente terminado con pisos laminados de madera. El tercer piso tiene dos dormitorios principales, cada uno con su propio baño privado. De no fumadores. No mascotas, por favor.

We had a great stay at David’s condo! The location is perfect. It is just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed, especially for beach days and cooking meals, which was a big plus.Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and David was very responsive throughout our stay. When we needed maintenance, he had someone there within an hour, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, and we would definitely come back again!

Beautiful unit , I really liked the idea of 5. Balconies, when I needed quiet time from the grands I was able to hide . Communication with host TOP NOTCH! Also enjoyed all views from balconies, short walk to Beach and close to my favorite Deli “Seaside Deli” . Will definitely stay again!!

Short walk to the beach!

This was our 2nd stay here. We enjoyed our time. Love that we could walk to restaurants and miniature golf.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was as pictured. Air Conditioner and all appliances in very good shape. Will stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect place for 11 guests

We had an amazing girls weekend in Ocean City and stayed at a gorgeous town house. Perfect size for 11 guests and was very updated, clean, welcoming and just perfect in every way! Loved the huge shower and their was soooo much room. 2 min walk to the beach and right near the strip for local shopping and eating. We would definitely stay there again

Awesome OC Bike week

This was our 4th year renting this unit. We absolutely love this property! You can stand on one of the five balcony’s & see the bay & the ocean. It has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of stuff for the beach. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Family Reunion

Overall it was a great location. Very close to the beach. The layout of the house was nice for people to spread out and do their own thing. The house did have alot of items that would have been good to know so we didn’t have to bring them.

Wonderful townhouse

This townhouse was wonderful. Clean, roomy, well equipped. Balconies were very comfortable. Storage unit under the townhouse was filled with beach chairs, toys, and bikes and still had plenty of room for our personal beach equipment. We will definitely be back next summer.

Nice location, property not clean when arrived, too many steps

We liked beach house it was nice just too many steps, cleaners showed up after we put our stuff in house but said only clean bathrooms

We had a very nice stay in Bella Mar C this year. We really loved the kitchen, it had great counter space, water and ice to refill water bottles, and all the cookware we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay too and worked perfectly. We had a view of both the bay and the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and there were fireworks visible from the balcony a couple nights. It’s right there on the middle of OCMD so anything to eat, drink, play was all close by. Our host David, was fantastic. Quick to respond and was able to help accommodate a difficult situation for us.
