    Durante junio / julio / agosto, el condominio alquila estrictamente semanalmente de domingo a domingo. Cualquier variación debe ser aprobada por mí. Preguntar directamente.

    Este es un gran condominio de 1 dormitorio con sala de estar y un armario adicional, cocina completa y amplio balcón con vista al mar. Condominio cuenta con 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, 1 sala con literas, 1 reina sofá-cama de tamaño y una cama nido doble de tamaño. El condominio es de 70 pies a la arena y tiene una entrada y aparcamiento privado. Condominio muy único en la playa y en un camino privado. Hay un gran baño y se come en la cocina. Dicho esto, este no es el Ritz Carlton. La unidad está muy limpia y en buenas condiciones de trabajo, pero este no es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ofrecemos un condominio limpio y divertido con una ubicación increíble que es perfecta para familias a un precio razonable.

Perfect small beach condo for just my husband and I for a weekend beach getaway. We appreciated the simplicity of renting this condo and ease of communication with the host. Also great price for north OC!

A peaceful retreat.

The rental was very clean and a convenient location. We loved taking our pups to the beach. This was a great spot and we are already looking to book again!

A clean little condo in a good location. Its just a few steps from the sand and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The owners communicated often and were flexible when asked. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Trip

Nice, clean place. Convienent location with the beach accessible just a few steps away. The host reached out beforehand with extra information about the property and gave recommendations on places to check out. We enjoyed our time here!

Wonderful place for a getaway!

Very nice place close to the ocean. We everything we needed. Owner was so helpful, making sure we got in ok and giving suggestions on places in the area. We hope to be back again.

Perfect Litte Getaway

Place was perfect for a short trip to the beach! We brought two puppies, kids and grandparents along. Was a little cramped at meal time but we didn't mind. Location is perfect! The beach was less than a block away and an easy drive to get to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Assateague Island.

Quaint and quiet

The condo was very quaint and the location quiet as it was closer to Fenwick. The beach was a short walk. The condo is located close to places to walk to eat. The just was incredible and communicated with me prior to our stay and made sure we arrived safely. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. It was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We liked that it was the exact center of everything. The Ocean City Boardwalk was a short distance away. The property met our expectations and the host was very helpful in offering advice. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location!

Great little property right near the beach, nice neighborhood. Comfy bed, hot shower, front door parking and convenient outdoor shower to wash off sand! Would definitely return. Owner is super responsive and provides great recommendations.

Holiday Stay

My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place in North Ocean City near my sister's house for the holiday.I was lucky enough to find Steve and Ben's condo. It fit our needs perfectly, and was neat and very clean.Steve was very responsive with any questions I had.Would love to go back when we can take advantage of the deck and the ocean view.
