UPDATED KITCHEN FOR 2017! This nicely furnished, comfortable, well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo rents in our mini week with flexible turn day program (minimum of 3 nights) or it can be rented on a weekly basis. Ceramic tile in the entrance, dining room, kitchen and hallway. Nice berber carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. Living room has a queen sleep sofa and matching love seat, along with a Flat screen TV and a DVD player. Dining room table seats 6, plus 4 bar stools at the counter. Kitchen newly renovated! Master bedroom has a queen size bed plus a twin rollaway and a Flat screen TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed plus a twin bed along with a TV. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Southern limited ocean and bay views, with potential for great sunsets from the balcony. This is a non-smoking unit. Occupancy 8. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, ping pong tables, an arcade game room with pool tables, and free internet access in unit and on the 2nd floor. We LOVE this condo!!!

This condo is so beautifully decorated and appointed. The furniture is extremely comfortable, the decor is inviting and modern and the location is ideal. It really feels like a home rather than a beach rental. My children loved being so close to the beach. Even though the pools were closed due to COVID 19, we thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. We love the views, the location and the 100-step “commute” to the magnificent beach!! This was our 2nd year in a row!

Gorgeous condo

This condo has been so beautifully updated and decorated, we never wanted to leave! It felt like a luxury hotel. The location, amenities, decor, proximity to the beach all make this condo an amazing place to stay. Our kids loved having their own room. This was our first condo rental as opposed to a motel. We loved having the space, washer and dryer, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice property.

Great experience. Loved how close we were to beach. Outside pool had a nice temperature which was good since the ocean was alittle chilly. Bedrooms were nice except the little issue we had with the one twin bed. We really liked how the decorations wasn’t much since our 1yr is into everything! Balcony was nice to relax on.
