Well-equipped with all home essentials, features include a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. Enjoy complimentary morning coffee! After the day's adventures, unwind with shows on the living room TV or listen to music on the wireless speaker.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Cute condo. We were there in the middle of February, and the unit is on the first floor which is concrete and open underneath, so it was hard to warm up at first.The bed was very firm and a little low to the floor.Having said all that it was a really nice place

Had a great stay here over the Christmas holidays. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and conveniently located near my sister's home.And having the unit provide towels and bed linens saved us from lugging more items. Bringing 2 dogs was already enough!Would defintely rent again!!!

My room did not overlook the beach and I had to go out of my way to see the beach, which was OK but I decided not to bring my dogs because I knew they would drive me crazy because they love the beach so I will take them back another time

Nice Little Place and Location

We stayed for a couple nights on a mini vacation and we had a great time. The location was perfect for us with two little dogs. The condo was comfortable and clean. I did communicate back and forth with Vacasa which was a little tricky. The description on the website and also a sign was posted in the condo that beach essentials were accessible including beach chairs. One reason why we didn’t bring ours. However, after multiple emails back and forth the chairs were not included. We went and bought our own but had we known we would’ve taken ours. Only recommendation would be to update this information in the description and in the condo for future renters. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and will return.

Our stay was fantastic. Its a cute place with a view of the ocean. The one detractor was that it could have been cleaned a little better,cas there was dog hair on the couch and floor.

Getaway

The location was definitely nice right next to the beach. Keep in mind you are no where close to the boardwalk. I may not have noticed in the picture that the one queen sized bed was up against a wall. I had to crawl into bed as my spouse was already asleep on the side that you can get in and out easily. Also had to crawl out when I had to get up at night which is not ideal. The living room was great. Love the big couch. TV stations were weird and I couldn’t for the life of me find a volume control. We had to strain at times to hear the TV. Overall for a weekend stay it was nice. Not thrilled about the 10:00 check out after a late 4pm check in just be aware.

Should have better instructions

There should be some written instructions for the property. I had to search between email and texts to try and figure things out. We didn't need the laundry room, but if we did no idea where it was or how to get in. Most places have a nice written book on rules and how to find things

Great location!!

Very happy with our stay! Super close to the beach access. Great to be able to bring the fur babies with us. The cleaning crew must have had the door open before we arrived because there were flies everywhere in the condo. Had to go purchase fly swatters right away to get rid of them. Also the super long door code was a bummer every time we had to open the door. Try a shorter one since it gets changed with every rental! Enjoyed ourselves greatly.

strong ammonia smell

When you walk in the door there is dark green carpeting and also in the bedroom. There is a strong ammonia smell when you walk in. The carpet I'm assuming is saturated with urine since it is a pet friendly property. The back patio also has carpeting and is stained and has cigarrette butts scattered. We are not smokers. Also if you have allergies this is not the palce for you due to smell and carpeting. This is our first poor VRBO expereince. The smell was nauseating. I actually sat with my shirt over my nose when we were inside. I wanted to go home! We were very disappointed. I reached out to property manger however there was no one available to clean though this would not have solved the problem. Pet friendly and beach area should not have carpeting for these issues.

Yikes!

Floor was filthy. The first thing husband did was sweep the food off the kitchen floor. Could not walk around barefoot. Yuck! Sand under and in sofa. Don't even want to tell you about bathroom floor that opens up into the kitchen. I can say the location was good being the end unit with beach access across the street. Oh, and cigarette butts greeted us on the balcony.

Cute and close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach from the back porch was great. The bedrooms were a bit tight and there really wasn't a place to sit down and eat, which might be a problem for a family on a longer stay. There are 2 stools in the kitchen where our kids sat, and we stood while eating. Overall, I'd recommend this property for a stay of a few days.

Was a great quiet pet friendly location. Wish back door was labeled. Was a little confused getting keys from lock box. Bedrooms were difficult to keep warm. But overall a great location for a quick get away.

Not a true 2 bedroom

It said it was a 2 bedroom that could sleep 6. I have no idea where 6 people would sleep there. There was a trundle that pulled out from under the bunkbed but it would hit the wall if you pulled it out and people in the bunk would step on the people on the floor if it was pulled out. The room was extremely narrow. The wall between the two bedrooms had 2 sliding closets doors that could be opened at any time. To get to the bathroom from the master, you had to walk through the other bedroom. It was extremely cold in the unit even with the heat on 70. I thought it was pricey for OC in Feb. The overall location was good. No inside table either.
