"Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area. "

"The property is fantastic. Location, amenities, and stocking all as advertised and communicated. Beach was as private as it gets and Bathtub Beach which was fantastic for the kids was a mile walk down the beach. We had 10 of us at As Good as it Gets. The porch area, plunge pool, and hot tub were a natural gathering place for the family. We had another 11 of us at another Beach House, two down the beach and ours was perfect for hosting cookouts and the beach party. "

"Best place ever! From easy check-in/out to a wonderful well-stocked (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) kitchen to comfortable furniture, this is a great place to stay. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. They even bought a high-chair for the unit when we mentioned our 20-month-old grandson would be visiting us. Great pool area and beautiful views of the Indian River Lagoon. A nice balcony and patio area with everything we needed to have fun. Close to downtown area, grocery store, and nice restaurants....
