They check-in process was a bit sketchy. We were given the wrong address two doors down from what we actually rented. The address given did not look anything like the pictures and looked very disappointing, so I called VRBO. Also, the code they had given me did not work. VRBO gave the wrong address and code. Once I got some help form VRBO they put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then the property manager called and was a huge help. He told me the address we were renting was two doors down and looked much nicer, even though it was a duplex (which was misrepresented in the photos and description)Once inside it was clean but bare bones and minimalistic but adequate enough. We stayed in a better single family house last year, we would probably stay there again next time if we are this way again.
