"Property is in perfect spot, you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and bars around, different transport options and staff was excellent. Hotal is in the center of old town so taxis are not coming directly to the hotel, you need to walk about 150 m to the property and there is no lifts as hotel is located in 500 year old building. "

"Positively exceptional property. Right on the smaller old town square. Delightful host. No breakfast on the square. Great food just off the northwest corner Kwiaty? Best we had. One of the very best rooms we have ever had including Kowloon Intercontinental."

"I loved everything about this fabulous hotel. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was top notch. The hotel vibe was very excellent. Location is very convenient and unlike most hotels I’ve stayed in Warsaw, I wasn’t woken by trams going pass at 6am. I didn’t have a chance to check out the gym and spa but I will next time."

"Great location; great views over the square from room. Recommend taking bus from/to airport. Closest bus stop drop off is PL. Zamkowy 01. Short walk from hotel. From hotel Exit right and walk straight, cross over 1st street you meet and keep straight. Will see bus step. You want 175. From airport walk to bus stop exit head left. Get off Zamkoway stop. Exit bus head right. Will end up in square by royal palce. 4 zloty versus 60zloty for taxi. Also, taxi driver tried to charge me 100 zloty for...

"Great staff, great food and drinks at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is at a very convenient location to the airport and has everything that you need to relax. I stayed at the location in downtown Warsaw - it is bigger and has a different character. Both locations are great. "

"I loved this hotel, very close to the entertainment district within Warsaw, easy walking distance to many attractions and sites.
