"Clean rooms"

"Breakfast was great and the very kind woman, Janet, was wonderful. I would stay here again just based upon my breakfast experience alone. As far as the room goes, the bed was comfortable. However the door on room 322 seemed to act like it was jammed and then not want to open. The a/c was a little janky too. The lobby area in the entrance was clean but it smelled moldy"

"From checking to check out was 15 minutes! The pool was murky brown, the bathroom had mold and the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned , the beds were disgusting. I can go on and on about how unsafe and nasty this property is ! It looks nothing like the photos that they have on their site ! Let’s not forget the bedbugs and roaches !!!!"

"Love this property. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had an event to attend and needed a early check in. While there wasn"t any available rooms for me she was kind enough to assign me a room so the chexk-in process was easy when I returned. That"s why its always Hilton for the stay!"

"Room key didn't work the first time I tried it so had to get it remade. On the way down the elevator door got stuck for 3 minutes (i timed it) and would not shut. Woke up in the morning to shower and found a roach by the TV and another in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again."

"It wasn’t all that great of a stay. I wouldn’t go back my first room that I booked I couldn’t even open the door so I was moved. The second room I couldn’t even shower because the peace was broke off to start the shower. That was definitely my first and last time staying"

"Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

"Hotel rooms were dated. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel didn’t have a pool which was kinda not good, since I came into town to visit grandkids. They like coming to the hotel to swim with me."
