"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es gab alles, was man bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkind braucht (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett). Die Loggia war auch ideal. Im Garten Bälle, Schaukeln und eine Nestschaukel. Für größere Kinder Fußballtore und eine Rutsche. Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus machen. Ganz in der Nähe ist die Obernsees-Therme, die auch einen tollen Kinderbereich hat."

"It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain.
What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions...
