"밤늦게 도착해서 이 호텔에 묵었어요. 바에 내려가 맥주도 마시고 모든게 괜찮았는데 샤워를 하다가 이 욕실의 샴푸와 바디클렌저 통이 채워져있지 않았다는 사실을 알게돼서 매우 당황했어요. 어떻게든 샤워를 끝내고 나오고 싶어서 샴푸통을 100번쯤 펌핑해봤지만 놀랍게도 한 방울도 나오지 않았어요. 씻지못한채로 수건으로 몸을 닦고 나와서 리셉션에 전화를 해야했던 경험은 그리 유쾌하지 않았어요. 이 경험 때문에 앞으로는 호텔에 묵더라도 작은 샴푸통을 꼭 지니고 다니게 될것 같아요."
