"It was great! The listing on VRBO did not tell much of anything about it though. Had I known we were going to be right on the lake we'd have brought chairs and beach towels. It doesn't say anything about that or that it is a campground like setting. But we loved that it was quiet and secluded. The room was clean. The lock on the door is very hard to operate. The bathroom faucet is stiff and you feel like you're going to break it when adjusting temps but it works fine."

"Our family had an unforgettable time at this house, starting with waking up in the morning looking out over a beautiful calm lake Erie, to kids having a blast fishing off the pier or playing in the park, to ending our evenings with fires in the fire pit and making s’mores. This is a wonderful location to spend great family time and to make new memories. Our host was able to answer all our questions and very helpful in making this one of the best vacations we’ve had. "Good location in Lorain. The building itself is a neat old building. There is no carpet in the room, which is awesome...all tile.. Some may consider the room dated, but at this prices point, you will get zero complaints from me. Overall, there was plenty to keep us busy for the weekend, some really good restaurants and we got to bring the dog, too. "
