"Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. Ich bin gehbehindert. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Rioca Frankfurt Posto 7. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit.
When I first arrived, there was a small issue with the toilet in my room. However, thanks to the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff, the situation felt much more manageable. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning.

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black.
There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink.
This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...
