Breathtaking sea view house

Hello! Don't miss out the most beautiful sea view house in Oamaru. The whole house is newly renovated, with 5 bedrooms and 2 showers, 3 toilets, we provided two super king size beds, one double size bed, one queen size bed, three single beds and a sofa bed, it can have up to 12 people to stay together!

We also provide a washing machines and dryer! The open kitchen can enjoy the fun of cooking and sea view of Oamaru! In the living room and three of large bedrooms can see the amazing sea view and beautiful sunrise, the other two bedrooms can enjoy the garden view! We also have two balcony, one of the large balcony facing to the sea, enjoying the fabulous sea views, sunrise, sunset, with couple of coffee! An another large balcony facing to the garden, relax to sit on the out door sofa with relax and fun!

There are two high-power air conditioners in the house, which can be used for cooling and heating. Each room is equipped with heater and electric blankets. The whole house has been insulation even between the each of the wall!
Provide ultra-fast unlimited fiber network!

Spring Break Road Trip

We traveled from the US to New Zealand to visit our daughter, who is doing a semester abroad in Dunedin. We took her and 2 schoolmates on a road trip with us around South Island. This house was our first stop. It was delightful, clean, as pictured/described and provided an amazing sunrise view. Highly recommend!

Lovely views.

We had our daughter's wedding in Oamaru. This house was perfect for us to stay in along with our other daughter, son-in-law, 3 grandsons and for one night our two grand- daughters as well. Only issue was some of the power points weren't working but I believe these have since been fixed. Beds were super comfy.

Beautiful views from this lovely home

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home on the hill overlooking the town with gorgeous views of the ocean. The furnishings were well done and very comfortable. The host was great at communicating check in details etc. The location was just north of the town center which made it easy to get everywhere in just 5-15 minutes. This house is certainly a gem.

Excellent Choice

Loved the house, had everything we needed, after completing Spring Challenge we had lots of space, great bed rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area was lovely with AMAZING views. Easy access to town. Joy was fabulous to communicate with. If I ever need to stop and stay in the region id definitely try to rebook this property.

We needed a place for one night to accommodate the family in one spot. The house is wonderful inside a diamond in the rough. Well appointed amenities, warm and cosy very comfortable in deed. Would stay again and recommend as the views are fantastic

Great house for a big group

Lovely warm home, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. Great having 3 toilets and 2 showers for our large group (11 people). Only negative is the lack of outside lighting (arrived in the dark and was difficult to negotiate the steps) and also a hand rail on the steps would be great. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Happy Guests

8 friends had just finished the Alps to Ocean Cycle. This finished in Oamaru and we wanted a nights stay before our transfer to Christchurch airport the next morning to fly home. Everything was superb. Good communication, comfortable beds, fantastic view and just a great location. Thank you Joy
